This is not an easy workout. I spent the first 2 weeks doing everything at a far lower level than their "low impact" model. I did love how I could feel my body being capable of more and more intensity. If you do this, you will lose weight. It's a no brainer. This level of exercise will benefit anyone. I was in a size smaller jeans in about a week. But be prepared for it to be a struggle at first as your body catches up to the class. Consistency is key. Oh, also, Chalene Johnson and I have very different taste in music. I don't love the songs (early 1990's. Not my thing.) But she does keep me motivated to keep going.
