The Cuisinart Griddler
The Griddler created by Cuisinart is a 5 in 1 grill that can be a contact grill, panini press, full grill, full griddle and half grill/half griddle.
What makes this Cuisinart Griddler unique are its reversible non-stick metal plates. To turn your grill into a griddler you simply flip the detachable metal plates. Also you can buy a waffle plate to make belgian waffles.
The unit also contains a integrated drip tray to collect grease, they dishwasher safe and the grill have adjustable temperature controls.
It also includes a recipe book that contains 20 recipes.

I have had this product for several years. I love it for my kids grilled cheese, a dish I call flat chicken- chicken breast flattened and spiced and literally takes minutes to cook. I cook pancakes on here too. The grill grate requires more time to cleam but due to the spices I use. I would be lost without it in our family.
