Tapout XT is a 90 day fitness program based around MMA workouts.
The workouts are purely based on using your body, there are no weights, no gyms and no pull up bars. The only thing you need are bands, which are included in the box set.
The workouts last roughly an hour and there are 12 different MMA style work outs.
The theory of Tapout XT is based on the concept of RIPP, which stands for Rapid Fire,Interval,Precision and Power.
Looks as hardcore as Insanity!

I started Tapout XT 3 weeks ago. I have never been pushed so hard during a workout in my life. I also haven't felt so strong and fit after 3 weeks of doing any workout I have tried previously. This workout will push you to your limits, but you will get results and you will be in the best shape of your life. If you are ready to stop the excuses and start getting fit COME GET IT!
