Tapout XT is a 90 day fitness program based around MMA workouts.
The workouts are purely based on using your body, there are no weights, no gyms and no pull up bars. The only thing you need are bands, which are included in the box set.
The workouts last roughly an hour and there are 12 different MMA style work outs.
The theory of Tapout XT is based on the concept of RIPP, which stands for Rapid Fire,Interval,Precision and Power.
