Suzanne Somers' FaceMaster

Suzanne Somers' FaceMaster System is a home facial spa system that claims to help make your skin to look toned, healthier and younger.
There are no surgery, chemical, injections or expensive spa treatments in the system.
The way the FaceMaster works is a handheld device where you place on your face in which a micro-current helps to workout the muscles on your face.
It can be used to treat forehead wrinkles, smile muscles, improves puppet tones, treat furrow between eyebrows, plumps up cheek muscles and firms eyelids.
The FaceMaster is works very similar to High Frequency D'arsonval Professional Grade Device with Argon Electrodes

I have used the Facemaster for 17 years, it has helped to maintain my facial tone and firmness. The results are natural, not like a facelift. Unlike other machines, this has a "feathering" setting that can help with upper lip lines, the "11" forehead lines, etc. Some would not give the machine a 5 star rating because the results are not like a facelift-- not me. I was not seeking unnatural tightness. I also have the NuFace, which I like very much as well. I find it works better on the jowls, chin and neck. By the way, I don't order Suzanne Somers' conductive solution. I use contact lense wetting solution! Works well. KY jelly works well also.

First this product is a new version of an old product on the market in the 50's. I stumbled upon this information while watching a storage auction show where they came across a product designed to do the same thing as the facemaster. Suzanne suggests that it could be an alternative to a face lift so I thought it was worth a try. I used it every day for six months leading up to my wedding day. I had successful surgery years earlier to sever a muscle causing (hyper-dynamic) creasing between my eyes. The facemaster strengthened the muscles in the surrounding area causing new hyper-dynamics and to my horror the creasing has returned after 13 years. I found that this product lifted the eye area but have noticed that with increased facial movement that crows feet have actually become more distinguished. Around the mouth area there was some improvement but I didn't see any improvement to the jowl area at all. Overall I looked ten years older for my wedding day and I wish I hadn't put so much faith in this product. It does strengthen muscles and is probably good for circulation etc. but one needs to be careful. I followed the directions not knowing that some muscles would have been better left alone. I still use the facemaster but alot less and only in specific areas. I wish I had known from the start that it was capable of making some areas look worse.
