| For those individuals who have hardwood and ceramic tiles and are very particular about your floors, this was a disappointment. Shark steam pocket worked exceptionally well on the vinyl floor in the bathroom, but left the hardwood and ceramic floors sticky and with some streaks. I used the mop at least twice to make sure that the stickiness was not a result of chemical buildup on the hardwoods / ceramic and I had the same disappointing results. I was really looking for a floor care product that would sanitize my floors while leaving them feeling clean and looking good. I went back to my hoover floormate on the ceramic and bona on the hardwood. For those who are not as particular, this may be a good product for you. |
