The shark rocket is a very good vaccum, but the customer service sucks. I ordered some accessories for the rocket in 12/26/14 I called in mid jan 2015 and was told they were on backorder until mid feb 2015. I called 2/7/2015 and was told it would be another 4 to 6 weeks. How can a company be out of product, when they addvertise on tv all the time. I hope the machine never breaks down. All the people in their customer service say is sorry.
