| On his infomercial, his definition of a short-sale is the most misleading and ridiculous one I've heard. Did anybody pay attention to it? I could not beleive my ears. How can this guy get away with this? He is giving or selling wrong information. Isn't this fraud?
Overall, I'm wondering why people make this guy so rich. Are people that naive or lack education/common sense? The problem is that it's not this guys fault. He's just charismatic and makes a great living from the "sucker born every minute" reality. Very sad.
There is no such thing as easy money! |

| If I had such a program to make me rich, why would I want to share it and create competition? The real estate market has tanked for the next 3 years. You now have to have the credit to buy a home (except tax liens). Tax liens do exist, but they are few and far between. Banks buy them to protect their asset (the house). Nope. He's not making any money in the real estate market, so he's marketing a book instead. |
