| Would be more effective for me if I didn't suffer from lower back problems. Probably shouldn't have ordered it. Only able to do 2 sets of 12 reps before tightness in lower back even though I keep core muscles contracted throughout reps at lowest position. Really feel it too! But oh my back! Any suggestions anyone? |

| After waiting about 5 weeks for delivery I finally revived the power plank. Man let me tell ya this things is so effective you feel the burn right away. I have used it for 1 week and. Have lost bout 5 pounds with diet and am looking to lose 25 more with a set goal of three months I will continue to use this thing everyday until I am where I want to be I wiegh 220 right now an want to be about 185 to 195 rock hard and this will definatly get me there. Would recomend to any of my friends or buy one as a gift. |

| I ordered this thing about a month ago and still not received it. The customer service is TERRIBLE. No answers to my questions and told me to "feel free to cancel it"...I dont understand how they have a 30 day free trial period when it takes over a month to even ship. I wish i could write a review on the effectiveness of this item - but i cant get past the fact i still havent received it! |
