Ped Egg is a little egg shape gadget which removes calluses or dead skin from your feet leaving it smooth and silky. Rubbing it back forward across your heels and the dead skin. It works by using 100s of little microfiles.

I bought mine at CVS and it works good (as others mentioned, the dead skin doesn't all collect in the egg, depending on the angle you hold it). Be very careful because it's easy to scrape away too much. I've had my feet done at a salon before (with a razor) so I should have known but in a few places I was too aggresive and it bled and hurt for about a week. However, I will still use it and be more careful in the future!

I got it at Wal-Mart for me because I walk around barefoot a lot, so you can imagine the conditions my feet are in. It is easy to hold, and it is very easy to use. It worked great, except that it did have problems holding onto the dead skin. Its beter than the other products I have tried.

I love this thing. Works well. But i do it sitting on edge of tub because you cannot always hold it so dead skin all goes inside the container. Or you can do it over a piece of newspaper. I bought mine at the drug store.

I liked the Ped Egg because it was more gentle to my feet than regular pedicure foot files, and it's much easier to hold. The only thing, it doesn't catch all the dead skin which is falling off, so I still have to use it outside on my porch. But it is much, much better than other files I have used, and it does catch a lot of the dead skin.
