Omega XL is an anti-inflammatory supplement that claims it can provide pain relief caused by arthritis, old injuries without side effects of traditional anti-inflammatory drugs.

Omega XL also claims to provide the following benefits

  • Reduce inflammation throughout your body
  • Keep your blood from clotting excessively
  • Maintain the fluidity of your cell membranes

First, was very turned off by learning that the first two bottles you get with their buy one get one free offer is only a month's worth because of a loading dose of 4 per day for a month. I have used Bromelain and never needed a loading dose and it works immediately. I have already taken huge doses of glucosamine with the same dissappointment.......loading dose and large doses to see any results. Bromelain runs $3 - $10 a bottle and works with EACH dose with no weird side effects either. It also works with wound healing for the inflammation.
