NO NO is definately not worth the money. Burnt hair does not smell nice and it takes a long, long time to treat even a small area. So forget legs. It also irritated my skin. When I ordered this item, the company assumed I would want refills regularly so they were sent without my knowledge. I had to call (and wait on hold for a long time) to cancel the refills. I'm sticking to shaving. Too bad I did not research this device before I fell for the commercials.

I'm the harriest girl alive, and NONO changed my life. The boys used to call me Chewbacca (from star wars). Now I'm smoother than a babys buns. Worth every dollar!!!!! DOn't listen to Carlota above!!! She's a racist, and a thief. And theres no way shes as hairy as me.

product sucks bad!! burns hair off.
save your money, and use a low flame cigarret lighter to do the same thing for pennies, instead of this piece of ****.

I would give it and their company a minus zero rating. It burns the hair off; the stench ran my family out of the house. to say the least, i am not about to use it outside in public view! Also, it was never able to take care of hair where the folicle was at an extremely parallel angle with the skin. So the front bikini area, which i wanted no no for, was left with short stubble. Between the stench, time consuming process, and lack of results, I called to return NO NO. They told me i couldnt because i hadnt had it long enough. that i had to fulfill the warranty or however they put it. but, they did make note in their records my wanting to return it. so i waited the 60 days and called again. They then informed me that i should have called at or before 60 days. Ugh! i went by what the paper says--- if "after" 60 days you're not satisfied it can be returned. I mentioned this to the person on the phone. He said that my interpretation was incorrect; it meant before the 60 days. They are pulling my recorded phone calls to review them and will let me know when " I call back" in 5-7 days. He added that he would note on my record that i was offered a 25% refund. Where has doing what's right gone? Obviously they have numerous calls with upset customers, the tecnition said they get a lot of upset callers. I highly do NOT reccomend this product or this company. So here i wait for their bogus, we'll review and get back to you with our decision- when YOU call back. Failure at customer service.. I am so tired of being taken advantage of. this tops the cake! I have made purchases via phone and online elsewhere, and have never been treated this way. Once more: My Advice Is--- Do NOT Purchase NONO!
