Talknet is a money waste, when you call it will appear its ringing but they will getbthe call after 30 seconds only, poor customer service, you stay on phone for an hour to talk to a human who doesnt know english, also they dont refund the money in your balance if you bring it back, poor calling quality. Magic jack is the best and i just love it

how obvious the 5 star rating is done by the company. She had 3 phone provider before ??? and all at the same time and all same system ??? If she knows that the customer service is 'superb" I wonder why she had to call there .......I call customer service when something is wrong..and trouble ticket super quick ????? how many times she needed a trouble ticket to find out it was a super quick service ???....give me a break

I recently purchased a NetTALK TK6000 and have been loving it ever since! Unlike the magicJack, you DO NOT need to have a computer to use NetTALK. You can simply plug it into your network and use it. The call quality is great, and I have never had a dropped call yet. And their customer service is SUPERB! They are quick to respond on their forums, and they are super quick with any trouble tickets. I highly recommend NetTALK and have replaced Vonage, magicJack, and SipGate.
