I HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM! DONT ORDER OVER PHONE WILL RETURN ENTIRE PACKAGE. TOO BAD I WANTED TO TRY THEM.

First off, the website made the ordering process very complicated. I simply wanted to order the basic kit that came with the 4 free items. By the time I was done ordering I really had no idea if I had actually gotten what I wanted. About 10 minutes after ordering I received a confirmation email that proved that the website had my head spinning...I had been charged 106.00 for what should have cost me no more than 50.00.
I immediately called customer service to have this corrected. at this point they told me that they could not yet see my order in their system and that I could go to www.customerstatus.com and that when I could see my order on that web page I could call them back and they would immediately fix the problem. 24 hours later, I still could not see my order so I called back in to check and see as the money had already been removed from my bank account. Now, mind you, I still could not see my order on the website they told me to watch but this time when I called they told me they indeed did have my order and it had already been placed for shipping!! They refused to fix the mistake, even though less than 24 hours prior they said they would. The customer service rep tried to find my order on customerestatus.com and could not but that made no difference. They basically bought themselves time to process my order by telling me not to call back until I could see my order online....and I still can't.
So..these lures may or may not work but one thing is for sure. Mighty Bites customer service leave a lot to be desired and will not get our business again.
