Metamorphosis is a fitness workout created by Tracy Anderson, who is a celebrity dance fitness instructor and her client's includes Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, Courtney Cox and many more. She is also the creator of the "The Tracy Anderson Method" another fitness workout which have receive alot of positive reviews from users.
Metamorphosis is a 90 day instruction workout that claims that the workouts are customized according to your body type which can be categorized into 4 types
- Abcentric - Gain Weight in the mid section and have a thick waist.
- Hipcentric - Small Waist, Big Hips and Thighs
- Glutecentric - Droopy behind and shapeless behind
- Omnicentric - All the above and everyone else who doesn't fit in the above categories
The program includes 9 different muscular workouts and dance aerobics based cardio workouts. The workouts do involve the use of weights and her recommendation is nothing over 3 pounds.
The workouts are based around the notion of continuing changing up your routine so that your body does not grow accustomized allowing maximum weight loss and muscle growth. Which has also been proven by other successful fitness workouts including P90X and Insanity.
