Met RX 180
Met RX 180 is a 90 day fitness workout.
It is divided into 3 phases each lasting 30 days each. The first phase is about conditioning/kick starting your fitness regime.
Phase 2 is about shaping your body, where you begin to build muscles and last phase is defining your body to have the nice muscles shapes and more.
There are 12 DVDs containing 16 workouts. You get a nutrition guide, 90 day workout tracker, workout ball and pump, resistance bands, skin calibrator kit, tape measure and our favorite is the free mobile/tablet app.
