My son gave me this for Christmas. I finished using the products that I had been using and was very excited to use his gift.
I started on a Wednesday morning following the directions and by Saturday I had to call Customer Service as I had a RASH on the sides of my face, in my eyebrows and all over my chest. It has red bumps and is very itchy. She told me to stop using the product and then after it is cleared up to try each product behind my ear to see which one or more is the problem. I don't know if I am going to do that or not as it is now Monday and it is still there so it takes days to clear up.
I have never had a problem with anything I have used on my face. And I have used over the years several different products.
I guess I am upset as there was NO MENTION that a RASH could develope and NO MENTION of your money back if NOT satisfied. If they want pictures I could send them for proof. So buyer beware!! This could happen to you too:(((((((

This is a wonderful product. I have problem skin that is picky, dry and oily with breakouts especially now that I am over 40. I tried Cindy's Meaningful beauty and the wash alone sold me, the creams are not heavy and oil feeling and the special glow serum is awesome and makes skin feel velvety and glowing. I love the product and the people you deal with are so great, I had to stop ordering for a while and the customer service rep gave me no trouble at all. She also sent me more of the special serum for no charge because I was going through a hard time and she knew I'd be back once my situation was stable again. Ladies Cindy has her act together with product and customer servcie!
