Mari Winsor Slimming Pilates is Mari's latest Pilates workout video in her Famous Winsor Pilates series. Unlike other pilates Mari Winsor latest Pilates actually includes fat burning exercises versus traditionally it is only toning exercises.

In the packing you get 4 DVDs, a variety of equipment including resistance cords, weighted bars, weight loss plan, learn the moves chart, eating guide and 30 day access to her VIP Mari Winsor Web club.

I recieved this product as a birthday present from my boyfriend this week. No problems with ordering. So i have done 2 of the workouts so far and i have to say even thought i do not sweat oh man are my "abs" hurting today. i am not in the best shape and need to be because of health issues but wow if i keep it up i will see results in no time.

BEWARE... this company has poor business practices and doesn't deliver. My wife ordered via telephone and had to navigate through many poorly scripted prompts requesting add ons... by the time she was done she wasn't sure what she had ordered. I kept checking our bank account to see what the total was and it took over a week for them to process the order. It has been 4 weeks now and still no product, order acknowledgement or any communication from the company. I emailed the customer service and got an instant reply that they would "try" to respond in 2 business days. Poor customer service, poor business practices... This is a SCAM

At the time most of these bad reviews were written they were having a supply vs. demand issue I believe and couldn't keep up with the orders. I had to wait an extra two weeks for mine also, but when it came it was wonderful, everything I had hoped it would be and more. Don't let the bad customer service reviews keep you from ordering a great product. I've lost 23 inches with my accelerator and love it. I've rarely stuck with an excercise program this long and I'm devoted to this. It's her best series yet!

I ordered in February and didn't recieve until mid-march, but LOVE this program. I love the accelerator, all of the options and variety with the workouts, the portability of the product, and the results. I've lost 23 inches since March (it is now Mid August), and that's with me falling off the program for a few weeks. Love it. I joined the Web Club and enjoy the community support. The only reason everyone above was getting frustrated before was because supply could not keep up with the demand, causing a slow delivery. But if you are using your Slimming Pilates and Accelerator Kit, then you ARE seeing results. Hope this helps.

I ordered this product online and printed out my reciept. I waited two weeks and got no confirmation email that it had been shipped. I emailed customer service and was told that my order was still being processed and to contact after 10 business days. 13 business days later I emailed again and got no response. 20 business days later I emailed yet again and still got no response. I called customer service and they said that my credit card did not go through but it clearly had according to my receipt. I told her to cancel my order and will not be ordering this product again. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I just want to say thank you to all of you for sharing your horror stories. I was going to order this product, but after hearing the hell all of you had to go through, it really doesn't even sound worth it to me. Thanks again for helping me avoid, what sounds like a HUGE headache!

This product is amazing! I have seen some nice results in the past 3 weeks. I avoided customer service by signing up online and opted out of the web club. I know myself and didn't want to forget and start getting charged. The reason for 3 stars was due to customer service. In the instruction booklet it does say to go on the website to get intermediate and advanced workout calenders. Unfortunately you need to be a part of the web club to access the calenders. So, I got suckered in and signed up writing down when to cancel and just making copies of the calenders. I never received my password to sign on and after several calls to customer service someone finally told me that the web site has been down for a month!! Are you serious?? You have people signing up and it's down... I immediately cancelled the subscription and will make up my own rotation calender. I plan to call back again to reconfirm my cancellation just because I can't trust it will get done. Mari is great but I wish she knew what was happening to her products.

I ordr this system after having my daughter hoping to loose that final 10 lbs of post pregnancy weight. It was wrong from the beginning. I called customer service and still have not been able to get any assistance in correcting the problem. That was almost a month ago. The workouts themselves (atleast the part of my order I have recieved) did nothing for me. Save your money and time. This was NOT Worth IT!

I love my pilates but could give four star due to customer service. Everything came in the mail pretty quick, however, the one dvd didn't work, so I had to call customer service. It took awhile to get to a rep and then when I explained that the one dvd wasn't working I had to go into detail about which one. Then after having to wait 7 to 10 days ( I feel they should've sent priority considering the money I spent) they sent the wrong one. It wasn't even a Mari Winsor pilates dvd and I had specifically not only gave her the name of the dvd but the name of the kit I ordered. Anyway, had to call again, wait again, and try to explain what had happened, which she couldn't understand what I was saying. Then she told me it would be another 7-10 days to receive the correct one. Also, I was told they were going to investigate the issue....okay...well, I believe they could just look on the computer and see what dvd was sent to me and which system I actually had ordered..??..Anyway I asked if they could send priority and she just re-stated 7-10 business days. That was not great because I was sticking to the rotation beginner calendar and couldn't stick to it because of not having the dvd. Even after explaining that, they really didn't care and didn't even pretend to care. I am not even sure they know about the product and company they are getting paid to work for. I am disappointed in the customer service department as I think they could've cared less if I sent this back or not, and they did not go out of their way whatsoever to satisfy me. I do, however, LOVE this accelerator and all components of Mari Winsor Slimming Pilates. In the end, it did all work out. I just wish I could find more than the intermediate workout calendar, as I now cancelled my club membership.

I ordered on-line and got some pretty hefty charges; I decided to call "customer service" to change the order--I was told after holding for 30 minutes to "call back tomorrow." At that point, I decided that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach wasn't due to pilates & just told them to cancel my order. Again, I was told to "call back tomorrow." I told them I refused go thru the 30 minute hold again, and wanted to cancel my order immediately; the supervisor I spoke with advised me to e-mail customer service. I did; they did not cancel my order and instead went ahead with the outrageous charges and advised me that I could always refuse the package, and they would issue a refund (minus the heft shipping and handling.) Save yourself the money and headache, and avoid this dishonest company (which I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.)!

it might actually work!! I have tried several times to use the system and have only one problem. I do not have round door knobs. We have recently changed all of our door knobs to the elongated with the handle. When I called customer service and asked them what i could do... i was told to change my door knobs!!!! I would think that this might be a problem for others and that they should have a separate attachment for those people purchasing the product. Unfortunately i will have to return it. So if you don't have round door knobs... don't buy it. Customer Service is the worst!

I agree with the problems of ordering on the telephone. I swear I didn't order the vitamins but no matter what, they send you six months so you have a big bill to pay if you return it. They do not send you a confirmation like they promise. Customer service is no help. Do not order over the phone, make sure you receive confirmation that only has what you ordered. Be aware your one-month free vitamins will come in a bulk package that you will end up paying $40 S & H

I've been doing this for about a month now. I got it around mid-March, and only had to wait a week for it to arrive from the time I ordered (online). I have definitely noticed a difference. The workouts are easy to do, even for me who is not in the best of shape. I can do about 90% of the exercises without having to modify them (there is someone doing modified versions of exercises on the video for thos who need them). I have only lost 7" in the month, but am seeing a lot more muscle tone and have a lot more energy. I figure the fat loss will come in time. The only thing I don't like is that I cannot figure out how to get to the web club (to get my "free" 30 day membership) and to get the intermediate and advanced calendars that the brochure (that comes with the system) says you can find on the website. I'm assuming it's in the web club part that I can't access. Otherwise, it's a great program, and I am loving the results so far.

I ordered offline and it was on my door within 3 business days, even tho it said 7-10 days. Maybe you should order online instead. I have only used it twice so far, but I woke up with my muscles aching, so I feel like it will work great! Also the workouts are kinda fun as you keep playing with the bar weight thing they give you, and just when you think you are going to die of pain from an exercise the switch. There isn't repeats of a million crunches or anything like that, for the most part the reps are about 4-10 times, which is way easier to deal with. You do have to have a door and tv situation that works. I put my laptop on the floor near my bedroom door and that worked.

I'm so surprised to read all the negative reviews on customer service. I must have just gotten lucky because I had no problems whatsoever. I received my order in less than a week. When I emailed customer service to ask a question about additional rotation calendars, I received an answer in less than two hours. I love the workouts and am really impressed overall with the quality of the product. I've used Mari Winsor's products in the past and have always enjoyed her demeanor and the way she takes you through each exercise. This new product certainly did not disappoint.

Haven't even used it yet, but I am definitely in agreement that the service is pathetic and rude...I ordered on line and selected the extra "free" bonus weights. When I got the invoice which showed I was charged $29.90 for the "free" weights, I called the 800 number. The barely English speaking operator basically said, 'you ordered them, so you have to pay for them'. I tried twice to explain that I had ordered the FREE ones, and she kept insisting that they wouldnt have shipped these if I hadnt ordered them. I said "Please stop treating me like I am an idiot", and she (From what I could interpret) pretty much said "I didnt call you that, you are calling yourself that", so I hung up. I just want to send the whole order back, I am so angry. But, my pride outweighs my anger so I am going to use it, lose the weight, and THEN send it back :) Revenge is best served cold.

I received my package 2-3 weeks after ordering it, but one of the most important pieces was missing. After reading the last few reviews I am afraid to contact customer service but I did.. It is so frustrating! Without the resistance cord, I can't do most of the exercise DVDs included. The one DVD I can do.. is working.. so I am hoping I get the missing piece soon.

I agree that this is the area that they really have to work on. I went through the ordering process online, thereby avoiding what I see was an obvious prob. just getting the thing ordered. However, when it came, I too could not get onto the Website support. I called and then after pushing "0" a hundred times got someone who told me that I had to "ask" for the 30 day free triat? This is so that they can get your credit card number and automatically charge 9.99/month if you do not cancel. I went through the process and was told that it would take up to 2 days to be able to access the site. 2 weeks later, I still can't. I emailed them and hopefully will get this cleared up. If not, I guess I will have to go through the customer service hell. It is a shame because Mauri is a great trainer and it is ashame that she would end up tied into a system that gives the appearance of ripping people off.

I FINALLY received my order, after being told that it was on backorder...then a week later it was no longer on backorder and it was in their warehouse and will be shipped to be within a few minutes as well as I was told that I would receive in in 7-10 days, usually less. Well those days went by and I called again. They must have the biggest warehouse EVER (lol) because when I called I was told that it was still in the warehouse and could be shipped to me very soon, like "any minute it will be shipped." Well, a few days later I FINALLY got it. They charged me BEFORE it shipped though, took the charge off, and THEN charged me two days later after I got it. I do NOT like their service at all and I had NO IDEA that there CS reps were located in the Phillipines! That certainly explains the reason for not very good communication! As for the product, everything looks good. I did NOT receive my On The Go Guide and was disappointed, but I am NOT wasting my time calling them up and then having to followup with them just to hear something like "Your On The Go Guide is in the warehouse waiting to be shipped" or for all I know the guide might be on backorder LOL! Well, I am going to start doing slimming pilates on Monday and I cannot wait to try it, as I have read good reviews regarding the product itself! :-)

The order does take a while to be shipped but be patient and you will be rewarded. I have been using this system for three weeks now and I can see I big difference in my thighs and arms. My thighs have always been a problem area where NO workout has done much toning. Mari Winsor has tamed them and I am sure after another month I will be swim suit ship shape.

I think this was the most frustrating order I have ever made. I did not like the fact that I had to go through an automated system and was almost tricked into buying additional items. I didnt get a total amount that I would be billed for so I had to call "customer service" I had to cancel the first order because they supposively couldn't take the items off. I ended up reordering online. They say you will get it in 5-7 days, well, 3 weeks later, I finally got it. They told me as well that it was on back order. I have ordered in the past and the customer service was wonderful, I guess that is what happens when our jobs get shipped overseas. I am not able to log in to the web club, I can not find any way of signing up. I will call them again tomorrow, and needless to say, this being my 6th call, they will not like me this time, lol. I did the first workout tonite, and once you get the system, it is worth it.

After a 30 minute automated telephone order process, I accidentally ordered vitamins. I called customer service right after I had placed the order to confirm that I had only ordered the dvds. They confirmed that I had ordered vitamins but I could not cancel until the package arrived. I returned the package as instructed, but never received the credit; in fact, I continued to be billed for the vitamins for 2 months. Both calls into customer service were the worst experience ever dealing with customer service reps. I literally had to go through the math with them repeatedly to ensure the credit was the proper amount. I think they are just trying to make money through a very confusing order process and folks giving up on trying to get the return done properly....

I love the product! However, the customer service is awful. My Christmas present came a month late. Moreover, I have been trying to access my 30 day free web club trial but haven't figured out how to access a password. They have not been helpful even after talking to three different people and emailing on several occasions. It doesn't help that there is also a language barrier seeing as the customer service is located in the Philippines. Does anyone know what they accessed their password?

Backorders*****

I'm not sure how it works yet cause I have so far failed to get my order. I had made the order and not once did they say the were in a backorder status. I have also recieved an email saying my order has been processed and upon calling the toll free number, they confirmed it was still in backorder. They need to tell customers that they are on backorder and can not give an actual date for their shipment to arrive. Instead they are taking calls, taking info and leaving you waiting.
