| It seems that every one who purchased it years back have better results and less problems with the stylus. I wonder Luminess is buying in mass quantity lately, but lower standard of quality in order to maintain customer demand and lower cost for the company?

| They advertise there is a 30 day Risk free trial well NO to try it actually costs at least 39.99 and shipping to return. Then you have to jump through hoops to return it. STAY FAR AWAY from this scam. And the product is VERY hard to do on yourself I spent hours trying over and over and it just looked horrible everytime I went into natural light !! Maybe it looks ok under the lights of hollywood but we live in the real world with true light !!
My advise stay away and find a easier solution. |

| This has been the worst product I have ever used in my lifetime. I am on my fourth stylus. The first one stopped working, the second one tip broke off, go the replacement and it did the same thing. I am now on my fourth and it constantly sprays when on, the trigger is useless at this point but since this one still sprays the tanner, I am not going to mess with sending it back. Customer service is a nightmare. Once you talk to someone after a looooong time on hold, they hardly speak english and want to charge you more for replacement product when their poorly made product does not work. I also have had to order several refill packs because my intake cap keeps breaking and it comes with a $30 refill pack, even when I am not in need of more tanner! This has been nothing but a headache. I was so excited about this product as I am very fair skinned and feel better with a little color but save your money and spend a little more on a decent machine since you will end up spending it anyway on all the replacement parts needed within the first month of use! Poorly made, poor customer service, and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. BUYER BEWARE! |

| like someone else said, the tip of my stylus just broke off. just literally fell off as i was putting the bottle on the stylus to tan. i called and to get a new one it is $99........almost the full price of the system itself. pretty pissed right now so be careful!!! |

| I bought my Luminess Tan system 4 months ago and really liked it until the stylus end just recently broke off. I took very good care of it so I am surprised at how cheap it is. It seemed great at first though. Am calling customer service in the morning but doesn't look like I should hold my breath... |

| Please do not take a chance with this product. It is too expensive to be so easily defective. I took excellent care of my Luminess Tan system but it stopped working after only 2 months. It stopped spraying. The tan only lasted 3 days when it did work and the medium gave very little color. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this worthless system. If it stops working as mine did after a few short months you are out 150.00 dollars as I am. Very upset with this company. |

| I love mine! I think every women should own one. The foundation covers excellent, the blushes and eye-shadows are gorgeous.
As long as You keep system clean it works great!!!
I have alot of confidence in all luminess products. so much that I joined the sister company to sell these products! anyone who knows me knows I'm very skeptical about everything, if it didn't work I wouldn't be selling it!!!
have no complaints from any of my customers.
have one customer who is Itlian and very tan,but has some white pigmitation right between eyes and down nose.
she can not believe how good the matte foundation# 7 covers it in one coat and is very greatful for luminess and Stream cosmetics takes her less time and far less cosmetics. before she was using 3 different colors of foundation . So all you who don't believe in this product are doing something wrong.

| I love the luminess Ultra foundation. Never before have I experienced my skin looking this smooth.
Was first introduced to luminess in March by a makeup artist for a wedding. I was so fascinated by airbrushing because it goes on my skin like nothing I have used before. I was a religious makeup for ever HD liquid foundation user and loved it until I saw that my skin looked creamy flawless after using luminess.
I tried the matte luminess foundation and it did not work on me as well as I wanted it to. Then I tried the ultra luminess foundation and wow! Wish I could post my picture. Luminess should get a 100 star rating after what it has done for my skin! Love love love you luminess! |

| This is the best makeup and makeup application system I have ever used. I have been reordering the makeup for years, as well as the airbrush moisturizer and airbrush tanning. There is simply no better way to achieve a gorgeous result. Even better, it's quick, simple and leaves a younger looking result than "mineral powders". Pooh on powders or glopping on layers by sponge or fingers. All you have to do is follow the instructions, practice a little and keep the airbrush clean. I don't look "made up" when I'm finished, I just look natural with better skin. If you have skin issues, of course it won't fix them but if you follow the application instructions and give it a fair chance you will have the best looking face that makeup can buy. |

| I am really surprised at the bad reviews for this product and the company. Granted, it takes some practice to get this right, but I don't know any airbrush artist who was born with the ability to use an airbrush. I AM an airbrush artist and I had to practice. The airbrush sold is more than adequate to do what it is supposed to do and I find the makeup to be long lasting and natural. I am 67 years old and had given up on finding any makeup that didn't make me look like 90 because it always gathered in the wrinkles. Airbrushing just floats on my skin and the wrinkles disappear. I did have a problem with my brush earlier this year. I contacted customer service who, after several suggestions that didn't work, asked me to send them my brush so they could see what was wrong with it. The post office lost the brush...and the company sent me a new one to replace it. I was overwhelmed. If you call that bad customer service, I'd like to see what good customer service is. They went above and beyond what any company needed to do. So, folks, give this product a try. You need to practice to get good at it, like anything else. I now can put my makeup on with it in about 5 minutes. My skin looks great and nobody even knows I have makeup on...they just want to know how I get my skin to look so good. I do tell them because I think everyone who wants to look like they have flawless skin should be using Luminess. |

| I purchased the system approximately 5 years ago after seeing an infomercial and have been extremely happy with it! I receive the same results as is seen on TV. When I first began using the system, it felt awkward and I was somewhat discouraged, but after a couple of weeks I got the "hang of it" and it goes on flawlessly. The coverage lasts all day! I did have to call customer service after about a month, because the pin bent after cleaning it and the product wouldn't come out. Their customer service was excellent and after walking me through the cleaning process, determined that it was, indeed, bent and they sent me a replacement part with a prepaid label for return shipping of the bent pin. From time to time, the stylus does get clogged, even though I clean it after each use, but I have learned from watching some of the dvd's that if all of the equipment is placed in boiling water for 30 minutes, it gets unclogged and works perfectly, again. The only reason I am not giving Luminess 5 stars is because of the clogging issues, but I would definitely highly recommend this product to anyone. |

| My husband bought me my Luminess system as a birthday gift after I saw it on the infomercial late. I had been airbrushed for my wedding and loved the flawless finish and staying power. Let me begin by saying that this system (or any airbrush system) is an investment, but it is well worth it. I alternate between the ultra and matte foundations depending on what sort of staying power I need that day (they also offer a satin finish, but with oily skin, that is out of the question for me). The makeup is expensive, but I only use 5 drops of foundation per use, so the 0.55 ounce bottle of foundation lasts me approximately 2 months (using it 7 days a week). I come in close to my face to “spot conceal” any problems such as blemishes and then I apply sheer layers onto my face for a beautiful finish. If you use a light hand, keep the stylus away from your face and constantly move your hand in circular motions, you should get a flawless, long lasting makeup application. If you apply the makeup too heavily or do not shake the bottle well enough beforehand, it can turn out shiny, cakey and melt away quickly. The other thing to keep in mind is that the stylus is a very mechanical device. You can’t neglect cleaning it and expect it to work well. I make sure to clean out the makeup cup and tip of the stylus (by back bubbling, spraying out solution until it runs clear & wiping with a q-tip) after each use. Each week I also take the needle out of the stylus and wipe off any dried makeup. You are also supposed to soak it in hot water for 30 minutes for a deep cleaning once every 1-2 months. The daily cleaning only takes a minute and is worth it to keep my stylus working well. For people who say there is barely any color and you can barely see it…that is the point of airbrushing. It is supposed to look like your skin, just without the imperfections. Also, I have contacted customer service a couple of times with questions regarding products/orders and I have found them to be extremely helpful with very fast response times (with emails). They have a facebook fan page and they are great at responding quickly to questions there. As a disclaimer, I have not tried to return anything, so I don’t know how they handle that. I also did not do the 30 trial because I didn’t anticipate returning it. I think my biggest complaint is that I have not been able to find any of the makeup in local stores, so everything has to be purchased online (although I have read that some Ulta stores carry it in store but my local store does not yet have this). Overall, it’s a fantastic product if you’re willing to take care of it and apply the makeup correctly. |

| Unbelievable! I ordered my system on 7/16 and shipping was free as I met the minimum. Their email stated that ground shippping takes 7-10 business days. Today is 7/29 - the 10th business day and realizing I never received an email confirming shipping I called customer service only to be told that yes, my credit card was charged on the 16th and the product shipped TODAY the 29th!!! What??!!! I expect my order to go out within a day or so of ordering unless its on a weekend, but to take 2 wks before you ship ..... shouldn't that be disclosed some time during the transaction or at least at the time of check out? Or if the order is delayed for one reason or another why not let the customer know? .... Not sure I even want the darn thing.....and after reading some of the reviews not thrilled to deal with customer service in trying to return it.... I can only hope that the product is well worth the deceitful, unknown shipping rules. What else aren't they disclosing? |

| I was a deer caught in headlights with the infomercial. Everyone was smiling at me and telling me that my blemishes and sun damage were gone in seconds! The best advice I can give anyone on here is to thoroughly understand that it is easy to prey on the innocent consumer in their homes with very good infomercial marketing. I bought this product, hoping to cover up acne scaring which has affected me since childhood. Unfortunately, my airbrush never worked and when I called customer service they charge you to return the product, ship the product, and for the "free trial". I don't understand how companies like these gain legit commercial time slots on major tv stations and are able to scam as many people as they do without facing serious legal consequences. Please think twice before giving your credit card over to the late night infomercials. |

| I have the Luminess Pro and I love it. I don't think I'll ever go back to normal foundation. I've had my stylus clog up a few times, but once I cleaned it out, it was back to new. You have to thoroughly clean it for best results. Being able to mix foundations to fit my skin correctly also helps. |

| Have had mine for a few years and it's been a Godsend, as I'm very nearsighted and had to use a lighted makeup mirror to apply makeup and also had to find a place to plug it in and sit down. I saw the infomercial for Luminess Air late one night and knew right away it had to be my answer to a longtime problem. I don't wear makeup everyday, as I'm a homemaker, but when I wear it, I can do it in a snap and wouldn't be without my airbrush makeup system !!! If I can use it, anyone can ! I can apply my makeup in the bathroom mirror, without my glasses and do a great job, without bending over the counter. Love, love, love it !!!! |

| I definitely agree with Melissa S. It feels awkward at first, as all new things do, but I kept at it and now it's a breeze to use. I don't mind putting on my makeup anymore. I never have to throw anything away, I use it til it's gone, my fingers never touch my face or the makeup bottle tip, so it's much healthier. I have very dry skin and I use the moisturizer, then I add my favorite hand cream over that, then I add the lightest color foundation (Matte) first, then keep layering the next color up and if I need more coverage, I add the next darker coverage until it's the way I want it, depending on the season. Lighter for winter and darker for summer. I clean my airbrush system between colors and after I'm finished, so it's ready for the next time. Mine is just as wonderful today as it was the day I got it several years ago. I would rather pay the price for this system and have it make applying my makeup fun, than to buy any of the pore clogging stuff you get in stores. I can sweat in my airbrush makeup and all I do is take a tissue and dab my face and it looks like it did before I started to sweat. You can't swipe a tissue across any foundation and expect it to stay, you have to dab, not wipe. I give this system a two thumbs up !!!!!

| I'm an Esthetician/Makeup Artist and was quite thrilled to get my Luminess Pro in the mail, after doing much research of different products. I do have to say that the compressor and stylus work pretty well, as I do have the pro which has 3 functions. I am not too crazy about the makeup though. I found that it accentuates my fine lines and feels a little too heavy on my face and no, I didn't apply too much. My face felt too dry and I naturally have oily skin. On top of that, if you put on blush and accidentally apply too much, you can't rub it off because it'll cause a big pink mess on your face and have to wash your face completely and do it again. Another thing, the makeup requires quite a few drops, more than 3 or 4 unless you want coverage that you can't really see. I also made the mistake one time to tear up while I was doing a speech at an event and I had tear streaks down my face that I couldn't remove except for washing all my makeup off.. was quite embarrassing to say the least! So after all this, I thought of asking Luminess if I could use any other airbrush makeup with the system and they said that this is the only makeup that will work with it. So I go and buy different makeup, water based ONLY, and found the most perfect makeup that is light and feels so good on my face. I only use a few drops and isn't as expensive as Luminess makeup, to my delight! I tried Dinair, Temptu and this other one and found the first one to be the best in makeup quality. So all in all, I do like the Luminess machine, I do like their eye colors but not so much the other makeup. Because you always have to restock your makeup, I think my purchase was ok because I can just order the other makeup and use it with the machine. All my clients seem to love the airbrush look and am happy to offer it to them...but with different makeup than the Luminess makeup. As far as the customer service, I never had any issues with them.. but I never had to deal with them either. Hope this review helps! |

| I have had my system just a bit over 3 years now without a single issue. At 42 my skin in unevenly toned, it's inconsistently dry/oily depending on season and I also battle adult acne. Before making the switch to Luminess I used a crushed mineral powder that was mail order. I was never happy with the results... While this system is a bit pricey I think it's totally worth it. For those that use higher end cosmetics the price for the make up here is still cheaper. I use my system about 5 times a week, I have the larger bottles shipped and only require refills about 3 times a year. In the summer I use the Matte finish to help with oily skin and the winter Satin is used to help with the dry skin. I do not use their moisturizer/primer, I use my normal face lotion and never had an issue. As with all new make up you have to trial different shades to find what works for you. The shades sent in my initial package were a help and a starting place and IF your creative you can use the wrong shade for other things....base for eye makeup or contour for blush.. If you join the "club" you get cheaper prices and and you have to do is make a phone call PRIOR to shipment to delay your order if you are not ready to receive it. It seems that many bad review here are people looking for a CHEAP makeup system. I have had to call customer services only 2 times with an issue which was MY FAULT and was promptly and effectively serviced. For those disgruntled about the "rental" fee....what you eat if you return it....if you have bought anything high end lately through the mail this is not uncommon..Everyone also had to understand that you need to learn to use it......its not hard but you need to get a feel for it. Most people do not turn over their make up on a regular basis...they use it until it's gone....ITS A BACTERIAL BREEDING GROUND! Same for the brushes used....Who thinks about cleaning their make up brushes weekly? This system has none of that, and you don't throw unused make up out wasting money. I get great coverage with a total of 8 drops.. 4 for a lighter color for redness and 4 for the next shade up as a base.....its light, I don't feel like its caked on and I don't get those nasty powder cake lines. I have even started using it for my eye shadow. I get compliments on a regular basis about my make up and how natural it looks....( those that see me without makeup are surprised to know that I am that unevenly toned and can fix it without looking like some drag queen) I have even worn it during some sweaty workouts at the gym because I forgot to wash my face prior and it didn't run down my face...As with anything most people DO NOT read fine print when something is delivered. SHAME on those who do not read or ask questions when ordering- if your going to spend that kind of money do your homework. I have to wonder about all the BAD reviews....maybe people who work for competing company to sabotage? I see it all the time with out of country vacation resorts....aweful reviews and when I got there NOT ONE NEGATIVE point was validated, they are out out there by competing resorts. |

At first it was a total 180 from my normal makeup routine, but after using it for a week I automatically felt confident with this new way of applying my makeup. | My husband bought me a Luminess system for Christmas this past year ( he is not hinting anything-I had it on my list!) and I have loved it! It is fast, provides even coverage, and stays on all day. It is so portable that I even took it with me on my holiday to Mexico! I unfortunately burned myself in an unsightly uneven pattern on my shoulders, so before heading out to our formal dinners I would use it to even out my burn. It was AMAZING!! I love my Luminess! I use it every day and will continue to do so:) |

I purchased the system the next week. The product was delivered promptly and I've been using it every day since. I love it! | I just tried Luminess Air and I loved it. I am a frequent tanner but would like to stop since it is terrible for your skin but I love being dark. I bought the Luminess Tan and added the makeup kit to it. It was definitely expensive but the results are awesome. The only complaint I have is that the I got the matte foundation and it doesn't matte as much as I'd like but that is nothing I can fix with a little powder! I would definitely recommend buying either the tan or makeup kit. |

| I purchased in fall 2010 and have had nothing but trouble. The lever breaks every week, the make-up sprays in clumps even with regular cleaning. It is clearly cheaply made and over priced. The company makes it nearly impossible to return even under warranty. Save yourself some trouble and steer clear of the Luminess brand. |

| If it wasn't for all of the bad reviews I would have been suckered into buying the luminess make-up/tan products. I have to admit, I was a few minutes from purchasing the luminess products when I decided to check out some of the reviews as these products are not that cheap. I have to admit, there are too many bad reviews out there. I understand that all products don't work for everyone however, when you get a lot of people complaining about the same issue, kind of makes you think that indeed there may be a problem with the product/customer service. I am going to hold back from ordering as I am not willing to run the risk of being hassled if I decide to return the product if it does not work for me. It's better to learn from others than learn from own experience. |

| I was up late last night watching tv & came across the luminess infomercial, I was convinced & excited to buy it the next morning. But, before ordering I thought I'd do some research on the internet & was very disappointed to come across SO many negative reviews (possibly more than positive one's). I wouldn't mind paying that much money for make-up that looks good bad after these bad reviews I don't think I want to take any chances. I think I will stick to mineral make-up & am glad to have checked out reviews before buying. These reviews have convinced me & possibly lots of people out there not to buy this produce. I mainly don't like the bad customer service reviews. |

| Because of the many nagative reviews I will not ever purchase this product. When watching the informercial, watch for the tricky camera angles.
They never show the women completely putting on the make up from start to finish, they only give the illustion of it. Watch very closely, and you will see the tricks they use. Scammer are really the lowest form of a human being. |

| I literally just bought this product a week and a half ago...The makeup works great if you apply it correctly...however what they do not tell you is that after you use your machine 5 times the stylus stops working....Then you are expected to pay 99 dollars for a new stylus...that's half of what the whole thing costs...I wouldn't recommend buying this product unless you don't mind buying replacement parts every week! |

Also your info is wrong, Luminess costs more than Dinair. Go to each website and check out the prices so you don't give people wrong info. |

| I would like to incorporate the saying "you get what you pay for" into this forum. upon reading many reviews like the ones posted here, i have decided not to purchase the luminess. i have decided that maybe it is not a good product, maybe. however you ladies out there looking for an airbrush product should not necessarily go searching for something high priced but do not buy a product for 1/5 of its value either. you will recieve 1/5 of the quality. i feel awful for you all that experienced such difficulty with this company. i am grateful for your reviews. however there are products, such as dinair, that have recieved much better reviews (almost none negative). although the cost is higher, much higher, i think it would be better than luminess. "you get what you pay for" |

| My girlfriend in New York told me about Luminess last summer and I always wanted to try it. She has been using it since 2007 or 2008 and loves it!
I live in Texas and have hated wearing foundation all my life and the humidity just complicates matters further. And NYC can get very humid in the summers...
Ok, I am in love! The reality is that I am wearing so little product to help even out sun damage my issues around my eyes. I do have to say that follow the instructions before using it or you will probably end up applying the product incorrectly. And the secret that no one is really talking about really is to apply luminess on very lightly with a light hand to get the coverage right without having to look of having makeup on.
I really like this product and have to give Luminess Kudos! Some of the other reviews have mentioned problems with customer service and I experience no such issues. I love speaking to Candice as she gives me wonderful tips on using the bronzer.
I am giving it a 4 out of 5 star only because I wish that I could buy refills at the store close to me instead of over the net. Candice did tell me about how they are rolling-out over the next few months in the Ulta stores.

| I have waited awhile before offering a review. I am still waiting for my system to break down and I pray that it won't because I LOVE it!
I live in hot, humid Houston and do not have a problem at ALL with some of the issues others have cited.
I am a makeup addict and have used for some time what I touted as the very BEST mineral makup mineral makeup line sold at the highest end stores (NM,Nord.Saks).
Being new to the Luminess Air product, I have narrowed down 2 colors but am still playing with quantities/drops for the perfect color but it doesn't matter, a drop more of one of one or the other seems to still give great results and is very forgiving.
My family recently had photos and I used the system on a family member who doesn't use makeup unless absolutely necessary. She does NOT like heavy products and has not used sunscreen so finds it difficult to cover discolorations after 50 years of sun abuse. She LOVED the system as much as I do.
A few minutes of getting your finger pressure just right and angling the stylus and you begin to feel confident and find that each use may require a drop or 2 less of the product. Or, you find that you can use a little more with confidence to cover more when needed such as with a professional photo session but for everyday use, it looks like my skin glows with a very natural, not made-up look.
One of the beauties is that you can still tweak your makeup with other products but this is the go-to and basis for my new regimen which has cut my morning mirror time in half!
The reviews here are very mixed and I wonder if the ones who have not had success are not avid makeup addicts who have a basic "feel" for the application...I certainly should as I am 62 years old and makeup is a passion.
By the way the photographer offered to airbursh anything out of the photos however, she said that she has never had more natural looking subjects that needed no photoshop touchups!
I am now anxious to try the sunless tanning system and get myself out of the tan-in-a-can which is very expensive, messy and really does take a good bit of experience.

| I love my Luminess air, this is the only makeup that I have used that actually cleared up my skin! The machine is a little hard to clean but its not like it takes 20 minutes to do it. I clean mine after every use and have never had a problem with it clogging. I love this makeup and I love this system |

| I have had my system for about 2 months now and Im telling you everything has been great! I have not bought much off of tv but this experience made me dought it less! I did have to call because my stylus was spraying out make-up as soon as i turned it on but the person i spoke with was really helpful and we fixed it really quick. It took me a few tries but now i have the hang of it and I LOVE IT! |

| I received the product and fell in love! I like that you can spot tan and it looks natural. I love the color you are able to achieve. As with anything, practice makes perfect, and there is a very small learning curve but once you get it, then you can look like you were at the beach for the summer. The tan lasted almost two weeks. They advise you moisturize often and yes, that is the key. I highly recommend the product |

| I used this for a little while and liked it at first, but it is very easy to look caked on and dry and the eye shadow and blush are terribly hard to perfect on yourself. probably easier to have someone else apply this for you. IDK, but since it seemed to bring out every fine line and made my skin look dry and heavy, and the makeup didnt last long and costed a fortune to upkeep, i discontinued and went back to mineral and i am glad i did, it is just as fast and easier. |

| I purchased the tanning system for face and body but am noticing extra charges that I did not authorize. I agreed to the monthly payments of roughly $67/mo but did not want to receive monthly supplies of the makeup but am receiving constant shipments and being charged the $24/mo for these shipments that I NEVER authorized. Also, the colors were extremely dark and when I tried to phone for an exchange, I could not get through. What is the deal with the constant shipments and how do I stop them - please help Susan - Director of Customer Relations or Kris - Relations advocate. Thank you. |

| Customer service was HORRIBLE! Worst piece of crap and the person who answered bareely spoke english. They SCREWED me out of my money. The 30 day return policy is a joke because they CHARGE you to return the product. DO NOT BUY
When I called them for the 9th time I asked the guy who answered the phone where i was calling - INDIA! No wonder they cant answer any questions.

| I was double minded about Luminess because I read both good and negative things on-line. But out of all people, my mother in Dallas told me to try Luminess. So I did and I am writing this review because I believe that Luminess is one of the most under rated beauty products. Good Lord, Luminess is extremely light weight feeling on the skin while providing excellent coverage.
It took me about one week to get use to airbrushing (much like learning anything ranging from using a flat iron or learning to do eye shadow). My only complaint was that the sample makeup that was shipped with the airbrush was finished sooner then I would have liked; so I purchased a few bottles from the Luminess website.
I am going to be using Luminess until I find something better and I have to say that this might be impossible to improve.
My experience with the Luminess was excellent. The reviews stating that Luminess had bad customer service initially stopped me from ordering Luminess; however, I think that they may have improved their service. |

| this worthless peice of CRAP should be pulled off the market. The gun didn't work, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a very polite but oh so dimwitted rep and got NO WHERE. I had to pay to ship back, they wanted to send another but after I saw pages and pages and pages of negative reviews I said don't bother. 5 ppl that I know bought one at the same time as I did, the commercials look ohhhhh so amazing. one of the air brushes worked as it was suppose to. we are ALL out of our money, ALL have to deal with ppl that speak broken english to attempt to get a refund, save urself the grief!! PEICE OF CRAP product I hope they pull off the shelf. way way way to expensive for such a cheap peice of crap. |

| I have to admit when I first bought it I was doubtful. But I have had this unit for almost three year and it works great. I would recommend it to anyone. I love the fact that I don't have to touch my face to get it on. I did have problems with the blush that came with it, looked like clown makeup, but I listened to their helpful videos and now I am using their blush and it looks great. I have used quite a few of their tips.
Again I love my Luminess Aire. |

| I read a lot of these reviews AFTER I purchased the product, and started to get really nervous. It arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. I watched the DVD and ran straight to the bathroom to try it out. In less than a few minutes, I had flawless looking skin. I don't have blemishes, but I do have red areas from working outside every day. My skin was even toned, and my biggest disappointment was that I was finished too quickly, and I didn't have anyone elses face to play with. If you pay attention to the DVD, it states a million times how to use the product. My only problem is I do have to take the stylus apart every time I use it - but I DON"T CARE - it's a great product, and I look 10 years younger! |

| if you dont have acne scars or dark imperfections its a great product for you. but it takes alot of time and skills to evenly coat the face. The final finish bottle gives u a cotton candy shimmer(horrible) very noticeable. GREAT THING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT THAT IT DID HELP MY ACNE IN LESS THAN TWO DAYS USING THIS PRODUCT. cleaning it was a hassle and it did work like the first time i bought it. returning it was also a hassle paid 60 bucks to return it. IT WAS FUN WHILE IT LASTED WHICH WAS BEFORE I HAD TO TAKE IT APART TO CLEAN IT...horrible. |

| I love my Luminess air! I use to wear expensive liquid foundation and a dual finish powder, it did feel heavy and cakey but I thought that it was a better alternative then people staring at my acne. one day i was walking around the mall and saw a makeup artist using it on a girl that had similar skin to mine. Skeptical that something so airy could cover up any acne, I waited to get a chance my self. As i sat in the chair and felt the cool air hit my skin (wow what a nice feeling for irritated skin) a few minutes later she said that she was done, Done? I looked in the mirror and I couldn't believe that it covered my acne better then my thick and cakey foundation. I believe that has been the best purchase that I have ever made! I highly recommend this to anyone that issues or is just plain sick of heavy coverage.. |
