I purchased the system online after taking the skin quiz. Received product in Oct. On Nov. 23rd. I saw another charge on my account for double the original amount so I called Try Kate (dot com) They claim I was enrolled in an automatic shipping program and another order was on its way for DOUBLE the original price!!! I asked them to cancel and they refused. The said I could send it back (at my expense) and wait (a couple months) for a refund (less shipping.) I looked through my invoice and it says NOTHING about this. There was a "Welcome" letter that came in the box that says "now that you are a client of mine, you are eligible for convenient home delivery." "If you opted for this special offer, in about 30 days you'll received a refill of your Personalized Skin Care Prescription." First of all I never "opted" and second of all there is no mention of the charges they plan on withdrawing from your bank acct. I find this very deceptive! Since I could not resolve this with Kate Sommerville I called my bank and disputed the charge.
