| although there seems to be many negative reviews here, for me, this is a GREAT product. The blond shade is a little dark for my blond highlighted hair and i called, and will try their lighter blond with the next shipment.(until then, i am happy to use this color, which just makes my roots seem a little darker, which is also in style!). my problem is a widening part and scalp shows in what would be my bangs. It's very easy to apply, especially after the first time. then you know how much to put on the brush and how light (or heavy) you need your hand to be. It fills in all the spaces where that nasty shiny scalp peeks through, AND it definitely stays on until a rigorous shampoo. My friends and family have not noticed anything different about my hair, which is a good thing, and i KNOW they cant see that scalp peeking through. i do buy things online and always read the reviews first, so i know what to stay away from, but i really think if you are bothered by thinning hair, you should give this a try. it might help you like it did for me, or you can always return it! |

| I ordered this off the infomercial and immediately regretted it. I should have gone through QVC because this took forever to arrive. I'm blunt and get off the phone before the sales pitches for other products. In the three weeks I waited for this they called me three times "confirming my order had been shipped and to offer......" I told them I am not buying anything else when I hadn't seen this order yet. The amount is small for the money. I am sceptical of the glowing reviews wondering if they are real people or plants. The compacts for the hair and brows are small. One of the first ingredients is talc. Mine didn't stay on and was gone within two hours. And I know I'll be dealing with them to take off autoship I never wanted or ordered. Joan Rivers is old and doesn't care if she puts her name on a bad product sold by a shady company. If I were eighty, I'd take the money and run too. |

| I canceled these items a month ago but a couple weeks ago they sent me another two items without my permission. Then they still sent me a bill. Do not buy it NEVER NEVER!!!!!!!!! |

| Beware of this company!!!! I called them to order one time for trial and they put me on a recurring cycle without my authorization and kept sending me this piece of crap and kept charging my credit card 3 months. I called them and sent all the crap back and they refused to give my refund. they gave me a run around for refund for 3 months giving excuses that refund will be issued within 24-48 hours but did not for 3 months. Finally I did a chargeback and got my money back that way. Very dangerous company. I plan to report them to BBB. Be careful dealing with this company. oh BTW the product is nothing but eye shadow! |

| Hello,
I think if Ms. Rivers knew what these folks have done to me since April (and now it is the end of the first week of August), she would be very sad, because I know she is a woman of integrity.
Great Hair Day cashed in on me by taking out the payment on 4/21 for a product I sent back because it wasn’t even close to matching. I had waited since April first for that first package.
I talked to a great rep, who talked me into trying another package; saying the wrong color must have been packed in the first one. I sent it back after receiving a shipping label and waited and waited again. Got the same wrong color.
Called again, and they e-mailed me another return label. I sent it in on 6/17, through my mail room here at work, and waited and waited for my refund.
I called again today, August 5, and was told unless I could prove I sent it back, I will never see my money. It went through the U.S. Mail (that is Great Hair Day’s method of shipping), so who has “proof” of putting a package in the mail?
I am sick and disappointed; so much so that I was not only offended by the rep who spoke with me today, but neither of her supervisors would come to the phone. They told her to tell me unless I had living proof of having sent it back, they were keeping my money.
What can I do? Please help me.

| The brunette is actually black and stands out if your hair is really brunette. It doesn't spread easily, so it takes a long time to apply. I tried brown eyelid color, and it works just as good, and is a lot cheaper. In her defense, if it wasn't for Joan's infomertial, I wouldn't have thought about using the eyelid color to cover my thin hair. |

| This order took over 30 days to arrive. I specifically told them that I did not want the automatic reorder. Now I get an email stating my reorder is on the way. You can't respond to the email & when I went to her site and tried to email customer service, it comes bouncing back. What an unprofessional business. Product was okay, but eyebrow brush is ridiculously soft, doesn't work. Obviously, this is a mill & contact is impossible. |

| The brunette is too dark and it doesn't cover too well. It took too long for delivery on this "just another TV Informercial scam." You can use eyebrow powder for cheaper, instant, and better results. Oh, and the eyebrow powder, almost the same color as the hair powder, black. |

| Unfortunately I order Blonde and it is like for a brunette- Maybeit is for Blondes who dye their hair and have dark roots but this blonde is nt for real blondes. It did stay on--and if you get the rit color it would look great. |

| i received this product 2 days ago, I have been dealing with hair loss since I was in my 20's. I always felt so bad about my thin hair. This has changed the way i feel. I cried when I put it on the 1st time. This really works, REALLY..it works..thanks you..I feel so much better..wonderful product.. |
