JNL Fusion is a new fitness workout created by Jennifer Nicole Lee who is a renoun as a fitness model, actress and motivational speaker.
She is an author of several fitness books including The Jennifer Nicole Lee Fitness Model Diet.
JNL Fusion consists of 12 workouts which claims it will help you lose weight, sculpt your body and is catered to all levels workout.
All the workouts can be done at home with minimum equipment. The only equipment you require is some weights and a skipping rope.
The workouts are a mixture of cardio and weight training.
Included in the program is 77 page fitness meal guide, fitness calendar and a bonus ab workout dvd.

Thank you for your review on the JNL Fusion Fitness Program. I started with JNL Fusion and personally achieved amazing results in this system in the shortest time. I have an active background in martial arts for over 24 years so it was challenging to find a system that's beneficial to me since my body became accustom to vigorous training. I have lost weight and inches in my waist and arms by the 3rd week with the Fusion system. There isn't a warm up portion in the beginning of the Dvd's just as mentioned which would help those who are inexperienced. The new Highlight to the system there are now individual Advisors assigned to Fusion users and there are supplements available through the company which aid in the results.
