Flowbee Vacuum Haircutter

Flowbee Haircutting system is just one of the infomercial products that you never admit to having. Probably one of the most ridiculous infomercial products I have ever seen that actually works.
Simply hook it up to your vacuum cleaner and off you go. The way it works is by the suction from your vacuum cleanmer which pulls your hair to the desired length and then with its blades gives it a perfect cut. No more expensive barbers every month.

I've had my Flowbee for over 20 years. I recently moved and lost it during the move. I will be ordering another unit this week. It worked flawlessly for the time I had it. It was one of those products that worked exactly as advertised.

thought this little vacuum was great until i used it on the 2nd haircut and it stopped working. sent it back to flowbee, they fixed it and sent it back. My hair grows really slow so on my 4th haircut the vacuum quit again. It was past a year from purchase and flowbee would not fix it or replace it. To bad I sold my old flowbee at a garage sale I would have used my attachments from that to attach to my vacuum I have now. My flowbee has been collecting dust since. I would have and did recommend this to everyone, not anymore they have poor customer service they did not even respond to my 2nd request to fix it.

as a former hair stylist of 24 years found it crazy to pay $20 plus for a quick cut. i now use your fine product on my self with ease. i just ordered a set for my parents now that my father is a paraplegic, nothing beats a professional cut without hair to cleanup for those who can not clean up after them self.

I have been cutting my own hair with the Flowbee for all these years and it still gives me a super haircut. Just ordered a second one on-line to use at my second home. I have actually had several people ask me where I get my hair cut...they like the look. When I tell them the truth they don't believe me. I just think of all the money I've saved over the years!!

Works great! But like any tool, you need to know how to use it! Practice, practice! Your hair also needs to be very clean. I have very thick hair,so after I wash it twice,I use conditioner so it flows into the cutting head easily, it works better for me,if my hair is a little damp.It has saved me over $1400 in 9 years, and that is just for 1 person, a family with 3 boys would save $500 a year. I bought a second one just for a backup,in case one breaks in the middle of a cut.Oil it before, and after a cut, so it will not rust.

I've used this product 20 years and saved enough over the years to buy an automobile. Great product.

I have had 4 flobee's, and so help me they cut but its more like a chop chop. All uneven, takes forever, just a clump here and there and i always did my own hair but older now and hard to do the back. Used on my dog too and uneven there as well. how can everybody on this review, get wonderful cuts and I get chopped up only. I sent several to an auction and nobody wanted them so they were tossed. Boy, I must have gotten one rotten lemon, several times.

My wife has used this for both of our hair cuts for at least 18 years. We did wear out one set of the transparent spacers but new ones were available economically from FloBee. My wife just said to think of getting a new one. Thats not too bad a run from a unit that gets regular use...

Have had one of these ever since I first saw the unit on one of those cheesy infomercials back in the day. It actually works and does a reasonably decent job. Some slight trimming is sometimes required after a Flowbee cut but what the heck.

I bought a Flowbee a couple of weeks ago and finaly tried it today, Wow, it worked better than i expected. I herd about this kind of haircut about 20 yrs ago and was quite skeptical about how it would do, I was working a lot and quite buisy and dismissed it, Wish I gave it more thought. It works greate, and quick. Today barbershops are in most part not what they used to be, even back then if I Tried it then I would have not ben going to barbershop's I would have done it at home at my convenience and got a good haircut. Having said that, I hope that this product is made for another 20 yr's and Highly suggest trying one for yourself.

I recently bought a new Harley Davidson FLHT 1450 cc motorcycle. It cost me $18,000. I used the money I saved from my Flowbee haircuts. I have cut my, my wifes, and my 2 boys for over 25 years. Thanks Flowbee..........Jim

I too, have owned my FLOWBEE for 20 years. I have the original and it's still working like a charm! I am "hairline challenged" and I bought mine because it irked me to pay the same for a haircut as someone with a full head of hair. Haven't been to a barber since I bought mine! I'll spend my $$ on golf clubs!

The man who invented this is a genius! I remember hearing commercials years ago when this product just came on the market. I didn't think much about it. At the time I was a hair model, and had it cut professionally for shows. I have always been very picky about my hair. My regular hairdresser moved out of town about a year ago, and after several bad haircuts from other stylists...usually with one side cut a little shorter than the other, at $35.00 to $65.00 a cut, I was very frustrated. I wouldn't have minded the cost if I had good haircuts, but I would end up coming home and re-doing it myself, and usually made it worse. For some reason the Flowbee crossed my mind, but I didn't know if it was still available. I read all the reviews (mostly all good), watched people cutting their hair on U-Tube, and found the official Flowbee website, I decided to buy it. I can honestly say it is the BEST haircut I have ever had! It is precisely cut even, to the exact same length all around my head....PERFECT! It was simple too! I have gotten a ton of compliments, with people asking me where I get my hair cut. I tell them with a Flowbee, and explain what it is and how to get one. Depending on the age of the person asking, some have heard about it, and some have not. I LOVE IT AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

I have used a Flowbee for close to 20 years (can it be that long!) and it works great. I do have to trim around my ears and te back hairline with a battery powered trimmer, but the product itself is fantastic. I'm on my second one, and it has paid for itself hundreds of times over. Now my haircuts are exactly like I want them to be, never too long or short. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes. It doesn't work well on kinky or highly curly hair, but for normal hair it can't be beat.

Coarse hair doesn't get cut with the flowbee. My mom-in-law got one for our family and it worked well for the guys, but one of my sons has very coarse hair and it didn't do the job. Maybe our vac is not strong enough... Also, don't expect a perfect haircut. I had to do some neatening up around the ears and neckline.

I have had this Flobee for about 14 years, the switch doesn'work any more, but it comes on when I plug it in, no big deal. We have saved a ton of money over all these years. I cut my hair and my husbands hair. If this one stops working, I will buy a new one for sure, couldn't be without it anymore.

The Flowbee delivers what it promises. Works best on straight hair. I love not going to the salon for our haircuts. I love the $20 we save on each haircut. It's a great idea, and it works. I don't understand why it isn't more popular. I bought mine at flowbee.com along with the mini-vac, so I don't have to drag out the Hoover. It's worked out well. I can cut my hair, and have everything put away in under 15 minutes.

I have used the Flowbee for about 7 years. I find it the easiest product I have used. It is also a life saver for kids... save $20 every time you use it by cutting at home, especially for boys... And for Men, it is a no brainer.. just set the blade to the length you want, turn on the vaccuum and it cuts perfect and no hair on the floor... you can do a haircut a week and never look over-grown. I bought it as a joke at first, but after the first cut, I was sold.. Have suggested it to about 5 friends who all bought them and use them regularly.
