overall i think this vaccume is right up there with dysons vac. you can feel the suction power and if you ude your vaccume first then use the shark and you will see for yourself how great it performs , but save your time and money go to walmart to purchase,

The online ordering process is totally deceptive. Your guided thru page after page of special offers....you must click on box to move foward. But every click is actually adding UNWANTED items to your order.

it has great suction but it is clumsy to handle. the cover does not stay on and the unit comes apart, I have other vac's from shark they work fine. they sould discontinue this one though.
