The workouts consists of 3 cardio workouts, where each uses a different type of dance including Hip Hop, Latin and Jive.
As we all know cardio alone will not allow you to achieve the lean, tone and sculpted body we want, so Booty Firm also has a resistance workout which is use inconjunction with their resistance machine.
Their are 10 resistance levels in which you can adjust to suit your requirements.
