I got the ab circle pro yesterday, I worked out for about 20 mins and I had no burn.. Only bruising on the inner part of my knee caps (the size of the little pad covering the bolt in the knee pads) I guess I just have to believe it's working and keep trying! The bruises don't hurt though. And my triceps are sore from the first day...

Been wanting this for ages now and finally got one last week, I have been using it twice every week, if I go on it for to long I start to get very bad knee pain and one day I started to get major back pain and I could barely walk. Is it because I'm too young to use it or what but I do not recommend this especially for people with back pain and knee pain.

My mum bought the ab circle pro but was too lazy to use it so she gave it to me. I'm 22 weighing 70kg! I need to lose the weight! So this seemed like a great excersise machine for at home. I'm also dieting. So far, I've used it everyday for half an hour for the past 3 weeks. I only feel the 'burn' when she gets us to do push ups (on the dvd) but I'm feeling no burn in my tummy at all :( I don't even feel sore the next day :/ I haven't noticed any tightening of my ab muscles, only a little weight loss which I believe is more due to the change in diet. I just wish they wouldn't false advertise & make people believe they can really gain washboard abs with thier ab machines. It's impossible to do without the right nutrition & "The truth about six packs abs" book in hand!!

I just bought my Ab Circle Pro...I tried it out...got the hang of it and it actually was pretty fun to use. However I didn't feel the burn at all....but I was on the first resistance level..maybe if I upped it then i would feel the burn..i'm hoping that is the case because all I could feel today was my lower back not really sore...but more like THAT tightening when i use it...and I was using the machine properly. However.. where the handles are....my hands actually felt the worst for pain. the handles are a bit uncomfortable..anyone agree with this?

I recieved the ab circle 3 weeks ago. I have been using it everyday since i recieved it. I feel no burn what so ever and end up with sore knees and lower back pain. I STOPPED using the Ab Circle Pro and started using a good diet. Much better results

I bought this product in 2009 and used it faithfully for a month every day instead of 3 times a week. I didn't notice a change. The dvd didn't work and the replacement I asked for didn't either. I think if you need to lose more than 20 lbs it might help. I sent it back and suggested that they offer the risers at no extra cost to avoid people wanting to send it back. It cost me around $40. I see they haven't changed anything.

I have this sitting in my basement and i always intend to use and never do. I have used it a handful of times, and while i do not feel the extreme burn that i do with crunches, i do feel my heart pumping and i do believe i am getting a good cardio workout without stressing my joints. I do not have an issues with my knees or bruising or even aching. my unit came with pads to insert into the knee holders. i do intend to continue to use it, i just am terrible with following through, which is not the fault of the system. I do have to say that i have a elliptical, ab bench, recumbant bike and treadmill but if i was to exercise, i would use the ab circle pro before using the others purely because it is more fun than the others. so at the least, i know i am getting a cardio workout.

I do not feel anything at all when using this. The only thing I noticed was that my arms were sore, and my knees ached very badly and were bruised from it...:/ I dont see how it works your stomach when I just can't feel a thing!

My dad bought this thinking it would help with making life easier...yea right. After receiving the huge order box, there were extra shipping and handling charges added to the product (around $40) and don't think about returning it...it costs more to return the thing than the product itself. I tried cooking an egg on it...non-stick? Yeah right, the egg stuck right on it. And it is just way too small to make more than a single serving of food. And it takes forever for the thing to get hot. Don't waste your money, I'd rather have stuck to my dirty old George Foreman grill

I just started to use the ab circle pro a couple days ago...I dont feel any burn when I use it. I have heard other comments that are saying that the reason why the knee pads hurt is because you are too overweight to use it. NOT TRUE! I am 120lbs and the knee pads kill!! I am not looking to lose weight, just wanting to tone up. I am not sure if it is working yet.

I bought the Ab Circle last year, before the holidays. I used it a couple of time and liked it, but procrastinated and stopped using it. Well, I started up again in February when the weather was cold and I couldn't walk outside. It really works. I have never had any knee problems with mine, and actually look forward to using it every night. I have lost 11 pounds, and 1 dress size, and all my new clothes feel loose now. I will continue to use this until I loose the 25 more pounds that I want to loose. Great for the Ab Circle Pro!!!

My husband and I did not feel the burn either with the Ab circle at first. So because of that we kicked up the resistance and we feel it more now. We do not feel the burn while we are doing the exercise but we do both feel it the next day. My mid section feels much tighter already and it has only been a week, but no weight loss yet. I also use the Ab Circle for my buns and thighs too, you do not feel much doing those exercises either, but I do feel it a little the next day. If you do not feel the burn, then up the resistance level.

Bruised up both knees after a week of use. Added washclothes to knee pads for extra padding. Ended up sending back to company. They stopped the charge to my credit card with no issues. They did ask if I had a relative I could give it to... Why would I give this to a relative when it put big bruises on me?

I've been using it for 3 weeks now and have lost 3 lbs. About 1lb per week. I felt the burn when I first used the machine. After that I did not feel any burn although the next day after working out I would feel my entire waist muscles feel tighter. I dont think you will always feel the burn, you just have to believe it's working and keep using it, the results are not as fast as one would think but it is working.

No burn here as well. I am in good shape but I just wanted the machine to help me with some toning issues. I found that this machine is a bit ill made. I actually flew off the machine the 2nd time I tried to use it. I injured my knee because of this. My knee is feeling better, so I will give it another try. But again I didnt feel the "burn".

I have been using the ab circle pro for a couple of weeks now. I didn't notice the "burn feeling" either. But I have noticed that my ab area looks a lot more tone. This is also be due to my diet change as well but it has surely helped.

I just received the Ab Circle Pro in the post today. I tried it and I don't really feel anything. On the infomercial it claims to give you a burn? I get more burns doing sit ups on the floor then on the Ab Circle Pro. Anyone else have had experience with the machine? I give it a couple more weeks and report back.
