wit ma man Sean T. He makes it so0oo much fun and makes me laff wen i work out. You deff feel like you are tightening ur abs. NOW if only i cud stick to it and stop being lazy maybe id get better results. But yes it does work and i recomend it. It makes ur bakk hurt howeva, but maybee dass jus me cos i put so much effort in it. lol (=

I just started do the HIP HOP ABS on Monday April 2, 07 and well I hurt. I did the first day but it is fun. Yeah you can dance around your living room and yeah you can go to the gym but it is fun and I can trip over my own feet and still learn the dances. We will see how much I enjoy it if I keep it up and it seriously starts improving my mushy areas plus eating right. We will see. At the momment I really do enjoy the video and looked forward to it after work for only 30 min.
