Sonoma Express Cooker
Sonoma Express Cooker is new kitchen cooker which claims to create the barbeque taste inside the home. With its flavor infuser allows you to add subtle wood fire taste to it, hence creating the barbeque taste.
Sonoma Express Cooker design ensures that foods are tender, moist and delicious, however if you have cooked before, this all depends on how long you cook it, marinating of meats and whether it is grilled, fried or steam. This claim is rather ambiguous.
Sonoma Express Cooker flavor infuser is the key to the taste and smell. Without it, be like any cooker out on the market like the George Foreman Double Champion.

U received my sonoma as ab gift and all parts were there. It also came with a mini cooking pamphlet with recipes for beef, fish, chicken, pork, and ribs. It also gives recipes for bbq sauces. I haven't used it a lot but the glass discolored around the edges after the first use. My only complaint is the lack of cleaning instructions.

I have not had any problems with my Sonoma. I've used mine to cook chicken (whole and parts), pork ribs, beef short ribs and all have turned out very tender and juicy. I've used it on top of the range as well as in the oven the only difference I've noticed is that when you're cooking on top there needs to be water in the bottom pan. It's harder to clean than any other pan I have. Other than that I've had no problems. However I cracked my glass top and would like a replacement. When I placed my order there were no problems with billing or parts there was a slight delay in shipping time but it did arrive when they promised it would.

I purchased this product when it first came out. It took forever for it to arrive and then when it did arrive, I was missing parts. I called customer service and was told that they would send me the missing parts. Sadly, the missing parts never arrived and I have never used this product. It is sitting in its original box in the garage collecting dust. There were little to no instructions/recipes for the cooker, so I am not sure how I would have used it in the first place. I would not recommend this company

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT.AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I ORDERD ONE , I WAS HAVING SOME FRIENDS OVER FOR A DINNER PARTY. WE OPENED THE BOX AND FOUND THE COOKER THEY SENT ME HAD BEEN USED AND BURNT. WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT AWAY AND WAS TOLD FLAT OUT WE DO NOT SEND OUT USED PRODUCTS.BUT WE CAN SEND YOU ANOTHER ONE. I ASKED WHAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO DO WITH THIS ONE WAS TOLD I COULD SHIP IT BACK ,BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING.ARGUES WITH THEM A FEW MORE TIMES AND TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO SEND ME ANOTHER ONE BUT GOT IT ANYWAY. NOW I HAVE TO SEND BOTH BACK AND PAY SHIPPING ON THEM.. POOR BUSINESS IF YOU ASK ME ... MY FRIEND SAID WELL IF IT LOOKS THAT BAD AFTER USING IT ONCE I WOULDN'T BOTHER WITH IT.. THAT PRODUCT ISN'T ANY GOOD. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I OWN A COMPANY AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT MY CLIENTS AS I WAS TREATED ..IF ANY ONE ASKS ME I WILL TELL THEM ABOUT MY EXPERANCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE HORRIBLE PRODUCT...... BUT WE WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER ONE.SO I ASKED HOW TO SHIP THE USED ONE BACK I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK..SO I WAITED AND CALLED AGAIN THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND NASTY AND DO NOT CARE HOW THE CUSTOMER FEELS. Disappointed because eventually the glass-window gets smoke and no longer see-through if you cook ribs more than 7-8 times. Also there are no instructions on how to cook anything else. IRONICALLY THEY JUST GIVE YOU A TABLE OF WHAT INTERNAL TEMPATURE FOR BEEF PORK POULTRY FISH AND TELL YOU TO USE A MEAT THERMOMETER.
