| The product has been changed it worked good for under eye puffyness. It does leave white residue if you use to much. The new eye serum does not work. Please bring back the old serum. And also the pump gets clogged up you can only use one third of the bottle. |

I just wanted to try it to see if it lived up to the hype.IT DOES NOT! Even though I used a prepaid card, I still called and cancelled the next day; primarily because, I sometimes load money on the card for my 9 year old to use at times to teach him how to budget n things before I go off and get hinm the real deal. They most definitely trie to charge that card again...and this is the kicker...lol...THEY EVEN SENT ME OUT A PAPER INVOICE FOR THE CRAP, AND I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A SECOND SHIPMENT...PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...IT IS A SCAM! |

| It should have been a clue to me that from the website you couldn't order the advertised single serum tube. You had to purchase 2 and join their program. Horrible customer service! Refused return and refund claiming the US Mail throws away the materials due to the nature of the box's contents. Hmmm, then how does it get to us from them? I don't believe them, but I kept the second box hoping to unload it on someone who actually likes the product. | I order this product by accident...I put in my info and was about to confirm my payment, when I realized it was 2 payments of 49.98 and close off the screen without confirming it but they some how processed it anyways, ok... When I realized this through my bank, I called them and told them to unsubscribe me and I would like to return it but he said it had already shipped. He said I had 30 days to try it and could send it back and would unsubscribe me that day for future shipments and for me to call back for a return form if I didn't like it. Well, the product is ok and I kept the first shipment. I was sure I would not get anymore because I canceled and I don't use it that often so the first 2 month supply would last me a good 8 months! Well, the next shipment came off my card and I called to tell them I didn't want it.. They ran my card and shipped it and so I had to cancel my card...Didn't help!! They still charged my bank and overdrawn my account and will not let me return the product either. I called my bank and we are disputing it... But when I called again,she told me that I still have to pay for it or they will put it on my credit.. These people are CROOKS!! I don't know how they sleep at night!! I told that bitch she better have me on unsubscribe and I better not get another f****ken package again... I can't afford $50.00 a month on disability..I just wanted to try it and it did some good but not enough that I want to pay $50.00 plus 80.00 in overdraft fees! They are breaking me!! Don't order it is not worth the BS and it cost a fortune to get out of this BS!!! |

| I purchase this product 1 month ago and I was happy to receive it due to the results I had seen on TV. Well I have been apply it thinking over and over again ok if I apply it more often it will work and No I havent seen any difference on my eye area. Then I check my bank account to see how much balance I had as I always due when Im fixing to go shopping and I saw a charge of $149.97 from Youthology. I was like WHAT!! It was just suppost to be a one time charge of $49.99. I called Youthology customer service to find out reguard the charge of $149.97 and they didn't give me any explanation they just said because my 30 day of warranty had pass they had charge me the next month product. I then got connected with the Manager on duty and he told me the same thing and that they cant give me my money back. Im very upset due to this situation so please don't waste your time on buying this product..does not work and they took advantage of me. And by the way I havent received the next month product like they stated. |

| I recently received this product and yes there is whiteness that occurs if you dont use it as advised. If I could change anything it would be the pump action. It spits out more than I need so there is a bit of waste. Otherwise I am happy with the results. It does what it claims to. There will be haters will every product out there so best to be your own judge. With any return policy there is red tape so be prepared to take that on if your going to sign on with an infomercial product. |

| I was reading about Skin Doctors Choice and it sounds like it is tied in with Youthology eye serum...white residue and they changed the product to make it better and NO one liked it... said it was junk...this is what happened to youthology....now Skin Doctors Choice has had so many complaints that they are going back to the old formula....Is Youthology?????? Both of them did tighten and have white residue and they both "improved" at the same time and neither one worked....Skin Doctor is going back to the old formula but it will be awhile before they chang over.....Sounds fishey!!!!!! Are they both the same company????? |

| This does NOT work at all. I tried it on one eye and my husband thought I'd done the other one. If you want to return the product don't be a day past 30 days. We got stuck with a second shipment the phone operator didn't tell us about. Oh, and if they ship it to you, you HAVE to pay for it. If I'd checked the review sites beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered it. BTW, Hope in Austin's Youthology review is word-for-word IDENTICAL to one I just saw on RealSelf.com. Buyer beware. |

| I have used this product for six months and it worked for me. However, the formula was changed recently and it does not work. Also, the pump is only half full and it get clogged all the time. Bring back the original formula, because the new formula DOES NOT WORK! |

| I can't really give a product review because I've now decided NOT to purchase it! I've been scammed like this before, thinking "what's $ 5.99 "? But then you can't get your money back & more shippments come...So I say NOT THIS TIME! One that really does give real results is called "Hydroxatone". It takes a while, but gives lasting results. Upper lip lines are about gone! Also contains SPF 15. I think I'll reorder that product instead! I'm 54. |

| I have just watched the infomercial and would love to use something, anything that would get rid of these bags I've had underneath my eyes since childhood. What I seem to read in many online complaints in relation to getting your credit card constantly charged, and not having it happen, is to buy yourself a PRE-paid, either one time use or a reloadable debit card that can be bought at Walmart or any check cashing place. I ordered mine online from Netspend and I set it up to ring my cell every time I load money onto it or make a purchase with it. I put whatever I want onto it and if I have to make a specific payment, I put exactly what I need onto it and never worry that my card will be charged excessive fees! I also ordered another one for back up, just in case.
Anyways, I read where someone said to try Tucks and I am going to try it. I'm sure Walgreen's, Walmart or CVS carries it. I'd love for something to tighten up these darn bags because I'm tired of people saying how much better I look when I "smile." Yeah, that must be their "code" word for "smiling makes your bags tighten up! Grrr.... |

| This company was such a pain and inconvenience. I ordered the serum the beginning of December for a Christmas gift, Christmas passed and I still didnt get it. I called they said they would re sed the product, another month passed I never got it. I called back again and requested a refund, they told me that they needed to send a form for me to sign and it would be sent out right away. A month passed and I finally got the form, I was in the process of moving so I sent the form out one week after recieving it, another month goes by and I havent gotten my refund so I called back and they told me they got the form too late, I only had a seven day window to send the form back and now I cant have my refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and got put on hold, he came back and told me the supervisor said I could have the refund but I couldnt have my shipping back now because my form wasnt sent back fast enough. I didnt even get my form for a month after they said they sent it! Jose was the customer service representative and told me I should be GRACIOUS and take the refund without my refund of shipping. I dont think I should pay anything for something I never got so I asked to speak with the supervisor and he argued with me that it takes too long and just give him my address so he can send another form out to me, I told him im not paying shipping let me talk to a supervisor he put me on hold again and came back and told me the supervisor told me I can have my full refund now. I gave him my new address and he said he is sending out the form now, when I get it send it right back or I dont get a refund I can only get the product and I will have to pay shipping. This company is rediculous and they are crooks. We still have yet to see if I get my refund. |

| I see mostly bad reviews on here but some good ones especially for the treatment of eye puffiness which is what I want to purchase it for. I am 30 so the wrinkles isn't yet a problem but I wonder if it works on mouth lines. Anyway, I will call them tomorrow and let them know about these reviews on here about the continuous charge they apply and see what they'll say. If anything, I'll just purchase it once and cancel my card.

I am really dissappointed with the new product....I cannot use any makeup under my eyes and now have bags and black circles.......The old product was soooo much better than this new one....It now does nothing and I cannot understand that they do not see the final results are not working ....Please bring back the old product...white rings and all....I can work with them!!!!! |

Please be warned that Youthology is running two scams right now. The first scam is a simple reshipment and recharging your credit card with more payments at repeated increments without informing you on the phone. Their excuse is that it is listed on their website. It is also stated on the receipt when you get your first product. But you have to cancel within 30 days, meaning your second shipment or even your third is already on the way and charges are made already or are pending. They also state on their website that NO refunds will be accepted contrary to their TV adds where they say 30 days money- back guarantee no questions asked.
Their second scam is if you don't respond with a cancellation within 30 days then you automatically agree to join some kind of club and charges for memberships and more products are on their way regardless of what you do. Many people have fallen victim to either scam and this is all within the year 2010.
Please keep this email going so as to spare your loved ones the agony of paying $120- $240 USD that they don't intend on spending or have agreed to pay. Taking any money against somebody's will is stealing regardless of what the thief writes on a website. Not telling purchasers on the phone of intent to charge more money is also Fraud.
We may not be lawyers but we have the power of the WWW and if enough people forward this email then these scam artists will run out of good people to scam.

| I agree with Fran (2/05/10) - the 1st batch I received in September worked (some white residue if too much was applied but overall, I was satisfied). But - the pump dispenser was problematic - The shipment I received in early February is in a new dispenser (so far the dispenser works fine) but the serum has changed. No white residue at all but also, NO TIGHTENING whatsoever! I am now about to start the cancelation process and hope to resolve it before the end of 2010. |

| While watching this I thought they probably use the same ingredients that Tucks hydrocotisone anti-itch ointment uses. I have been using the Tucks in the morning when I wake up with bags under my eyes and it works just as fast and doesn't leave any white residue or give you a tight feeling like glue is on your skin. It's a lot cheaper too. |

What a ridiculous product. It really works like a glue, tightened up your under eye for 1 minute, then starts to crack when you smile, talk and laugh…sometimes it even pulls your lower eyelid down, make you look stupid. It's such a mess; I tried all kind of different ways and wanted it to work so bad. After one month struggle, I finally gave up. Stupid me, I could spend $1.50 to get myself a big bottle of glue which will lasts a lot longer.
Will I buy this product again? NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!! Save your hard earning money for something else. |

| Product works when you apply it, however, as soon as you put moisturizer and make-up on it is no longer effective. I called to cancel future shipments on 12/29/09. I then requested a return authorization # for return of the latest shipment and was advised that auto shipments were not elibible for a refund. However, the front page of the invoice clearly states "All products from Youthology, LLC come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, from date of delivery, excluding shipping and handling." Then on the back of the invoice "Note: No refunds will be issued for subsequent auto-shipments once they have already been shipped." These are 2 distinctly different representations and unfair to the consumer. When the product is ordered and the sales rep offers auto shipments of the product at no time is the consumer advised that if auto shipment is authorized you will not be able to return product simply because it is an auto shipment. The sales rep did not disclose that if you choose not to authorize auto shipment you will have no difficulties in returning unused product. This is an unfair and deceitful practice. So if you choose to order this product do not get auto-shipment. |

| The SCAM infomercial made me want to try it...don't get suckered into buying this CRAP. MINUS ZERO STARS!!! When you put it on it tightens your skin but you can't talk or smile without it CREASING AND MAKING YOU LOOK HORRIBLE! Plus THEY AUTOMATICALLY SEND YOU ANOTHER MONTHS WORTH AND YOU CANNOT RETURN THE AUTO SHIPMENT NOR CAN YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! Period. I even had American Express try & get a refund for my account & they couldn't because of the "fine print". NO REFUNDS---PERIOD!!! If you buy this product you might as well take your wallet into the bathroom take out your cash and FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET!! Any positive reviews you read here are done by people they PAY to write them. There should be a LAW against companies like this scamming the public!!!! They should be made to say right on the air that there is NO REFUNDS!!! DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE! |

| beware people, most if not all of these so called companies are fakes, the only thing the want is to get your credit card number so they can rip you off once a month and if you try to call or e mail good luck you won't get a response |

| Like others, i ordered after watching the impressive informercial on TV but after reading all these responses, I have already placed calls to necessary Government officials inempowered to deal with fraudlents guy that intentionally mislead consumers through commercials. I have no doubt that if this does not work, i will be the last victim/buyer as the mask will be removed from any 'behind the scene pretender'. my order is 'once and for-all' order, meaning i ordered only one supply and sure my account can't be charged twice even if it works otherwise, their crime will be attrcting more criminal hunters of diverse official authorities. LET US WAIT AND SEE. They promised product will arrive in 10 to 14 business days. IT BETTER WORK. |

| Love It - You have to learn how to apply it correctly! It is a temporary fix for lines and puffyness - only problem is you cant reach the company by phone - no one picks up! |

| I tried this product the same day it came i waited 5 Minutes! nothing i tried rubbing more NOTHING so i called them they said that thre would be a 2 month bill before i take the refund and now i am angry i recomend this product for NO ONE! |

| Yes! I've decided to purchase this product. I was very excited and anxious to recieve it by mail!
I must admit after using the product it was quite depressing.. It does not have the same affect as the informercial stated!
Words were easily said so that the product would be easily purchased...

| Just watched this infomercial again.I've seen products like this for years now.I even tried some.At least they were inexpensive.I decided to google this to see if it's any different because they make it sound so "revolutionary" on the commercial.From everything I've read..it's the same stuff I've tried in the past for way less money.Tightens, can't use moisurizer under or make-up over.When you laugh or make expressions ,it makes lines look 10x worse.Looks like I was right to roll my eyes every time I'd see this infomercial! lol.Don't waste your money & if you do want to try a product like this, try a much cheaper one. |

| If I could rate this product, it would be a zero (especially for customer service). So I ordered it after seeing the infomercial. Then when it arrived, I tried it and it was no better than the other brands on the market for doing the exact same thing. Then I received confirmation that more was being sent a month later. I called the 1-800 number that day, and they said (in a rude tone) there is nothing I can do about it. Not only are you getting billed for this month, you are also getting billed for next month too. So I asked what would happen if I refused the shipment and he said that it would come back to them and I would not receive ANY money back. This company has insanely bad customer service! |

| I just purchased the product last night after watching the commercial. I am looking forward to the product's arrival, but find it frustrating after reading all the different posts from this website and others I have found through Google. I think many posts are fake and written by the competition as well as those who actually work for Youthology. I found another "review" type website which was actually a website created by another skin care company...They were so slick pretending to be real consumers. It's so hard to find a good product these days...I have no advice except to not read these websites because most of the comments are fake. Not this one, I am just pissed the US can get away with misleading the public. I have no opinion of this product yet...Just a consumer who thought the commercial was amazing and the price was right. My husband thinks all info-commercials are fake and is not thrilled I purchased this product. I sort of agree with him, but that damn commercial sold me. I will be so upset if I am getting scammed....I will stay positive until I try it for myself. I feel like providing my personal phone number after I try the product so people can call me to see what I think. the only thing I can do is tell my friends and family about what I think and hopefully the word will get out that way. I hope to be able to tell them to purchase this, but I don't know. I am a little nervous about the one comment I read which seems to make a little sense....Someone said after the product is on your skin for some length of time it actually makes your skins looks worse ...I do see how that can happen if this is a tight mask. It can't stay tight for 8 hours and I can see how towards the end of the 4-6 hours it will start to lose strength. The white residue is because they used too much....the website states this, so I am not concerned about that. I don't know...I am just a desparate 40 year old who does not want to drop another $900 on Botox. By the way, I love that but it's to expensive and it does not last long enough for the money. OMG...I sound like I am trying to steer you towards or against Botox and I am not. I just tried it a few months ago and now it's wearing off and I need something else which is what brought me here. Anyway, good luck to you guys....I have no advice except I hope this stuff works. :) |

| I buy insta tox, because I heard it was the best, It takes practice, If you don't pat it on exactly right you get a white residue. I find using a astrigent to begin with makes a clean surface, and caused less white residue. Has anybody compared this product with insta-tox? |

| I came to the website to order more! I've completely used mine up. I'm 54 and it it works great on my wrinkles and especially on my eye puffiness. I found that if you use a good moisturizer before applying the eye serum, there is no white residue. I use Oil of Olay daily regenerating serum. I've had so many people ask me what I've done "different"...that I look great...off to order more!!!!! |

| I was watching the infomercial and I did call the person who answered said hello and could I please hold.... I waited and then decided to order it on line. I am really happy I did now reading everyone's responses and have decided not to order it. One thing I will say in all of the responses it seems that this cream works well on women over 50...anyways thanks alot ladies I am glad I did'nt waste my time or money!!! | I do not have any eye wrinkles but I bought this product for eye puffiness and it's the most effective brand that I have found for removing bags under eyes and it works instantly. My only complaint is that it sometimes leaves a residue and can be tricky applying with foundation |

| I think this syrum is the best I have ever used. The residue under the eye is because the syrum is not tapped long enough under the eye when administering the product. Also, a needle end pushed through the pump each time you use will eliminate any clogging. |

I have been using Youthology for about a month now. When I first tried it I thought that it worked. However, as time went on I actually noticed that my wrinkles were getting to be a lot more predominant. The cream in the small bottle is hard to get out once you start to get to the bottom of it. I would wash my face everyday as recommended with a water based cleanser. Then I would apply the cream and eye serum. The cream I felt worked not too bad. When I applied the eye serum, my eyes would look great for approximately 5 minutes then they would look more wrinkled and tired as time passed. I must say that I used very little each day (tear drop amount) as recommended so that there was no white residue remaining. In my opinion I would not waste me money. I just received my shipment of PRINCIPLE SECRET cream which I have been using for the past few years and I already notice a huge difference. My wrinkles are a lot less visible. If you are looking for a great product I would recommended Principal Secret cream. |

| As most of the reviews say the line reducer is garbage and a waste of money. Although I did not get the white residue I have read about but once it dries and you make your normal facial expressions the lines come back worse than they were before but I have to say I really like the am and pm lotions very much and also the radiant mask. There customer service sucks to. |

| I ordered this product and was disappointed. The gel that is used around the eyes dries acts like an astringent, tightening the skin. So you feel the tightened skin, and can see the product after it dries. I'm trying to return my purchase and get a refund. Same type of produce is available at the drug store if I was inclined to purchase it, for cheaper. Seems I've been put on indefinite hold . . . . . |

| I stayed up for 1 hour last night watching this infomercial and debating on whether to buy it or not. I was skeptical because the infomercial says "you don't even need makeup." Well, I wear makeup. I googled it just now and found another website with about 40 reviews about this product. Here's that link, From what I can see everyone says the same thing, you can't put most makeups on over it. Also things cited are bad or non-existent customer service, no refunds, white residue, and the product cracks if you move your face.
On a more annoyed note, Hope in Austin who posted here, also posts on just about every website that reviews this product...and she sounds just like the infomercial. |

| I am 58 as of tomorrow, and just recieved the product in the mail. Shipment took a long time but believe me it was worth the wait. My daughter who is 37 put it on and didn't have much results, but she doesn't really need it. However I had amazing results! Worked on the puffy eyes, crow's feet as well. I was so impressed that I just had to use it on my upper lip and it worked there too. However they recomend you not use there. They are working on a product for that. I will absolutly buy the product again. |

| I called to order Youthology shortly after seeing the informercial. I had some lingering questions which I thought could be answered or clarified with the person taking my order. I spoke with 2 different people who were able to quickly ask for my credit card number but incapable of answering very basic questions - such as, 'can you explain how this product works'. The people with whom I spoke were rambling off of their prepared scripts with information that had absolutely nothing to do with my question!
Their website is FAR more informative. When I called back to order the product, I asked this 2nd rep if they have access to the same FAQ that are on Youthology's website. He said, "no". I thought it would be beneficial for the product's developer to know what I encountered so they don't lose potential sales in the future. I have ordered products on the phone after seeing informercials before and the reps taking the calls were much more informed about the product/products and didn't ask me for my cc# within 10 seconds of picking up the phone.
I wrote Youthology's customer service dept and the next day, I received what appeared to be a personalized response. It was cordial and didn't seem to be an automated form letter. They apologized for the lack of knowledge among those taking the phone orders and vowed to improve the situation. They also offered to send me an additional free product for the problems I encountered. Nice. My order should arrive soon and I hope to see some results. |

| It really soothed the areas between my eyes- those frown lines people can get.. Mine are vertical and pretty deep but this really smoothed out the skin and I was pretty happy with it. At first I thought it wasn't working on these deep wrinkles, but then, I read their FAQs to see what was up (http://www.youthology.com/faq/prodhealth.aspx) and figured out that I had't put enough on this type of wrinkle. |

| AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. It leaves a complete white residue under eyes. I tried it for about a week and sent it back for a refund that it promises on 30 day back guarantee. Haven't received refund in my bank account and when I try to call Customer Service Line, it keeps telling me I am calling after hours no matter what time of the day I call and I tried to get customer service online at website and system informed me that address had been changed and could not contact them. What is up with that???? In my opinion, I just wasted $80.00. |

This product does work...on me! I'm 54 and have puffiness and crows feet. My daughter put it on me last night and I was amazed. It lasted just over 8 hours. My daughter is 27 and has minimal lines. It DID NOT work for her. I will most certainly buy the product again. It's not permanent, but it's great for a special night on the town or even used daily under your make-up. Don't be skepitcal.
