Jump Snap

Jump Snap the first ever Ropeless Jump Rope exercise program. By taking out the rope it allows to you to concentrate on jumping and less on the fact of timing. You can lose 100 calories every 5 minutes compare to conventional exercise like running, biking and steppers which usually take 10-15minutes for the same results.

John Latour the creator of Jump Snap designed the unique handles that simulates the motion of jumping/skipping without the rope. These handles contain a lcd screen displaying the number of jumps and calories burnt. As well you can apply weights into each handle.

The DVD goes through some different jumping techniques from beginning to intermediate levels.

Jump Snap is great compliment to any exercise routine. As well a great new alternative to any cardio programs beside the usual running, biking and steppers. As well it can be used anywhere as does not require a lot of space as there are no ropes to hit things.
