I have been using TheFIRM products for several years. This particular product has good variety, and is challenging. As they claim, guaranteed results in 10 workouts, I have definitely noticed results! This is a great program, for all levels. However, I have found that for beginners, when the program takes you through the slow step up onto the double stacked boxes, start out by using only one of the steps. If you are an absolute beginner, then use the smaller one. Then graduate to the larger one, and only when you can keep the correct form begin using them stacked together. No regrets with this program.

I had been working out at Curves for almost a year with little to no results. One morning, I was getting ready for work and The Firm caught my eye on the television. I was interested so i got on their website and read up on the product. Needless to say, it had me convinced. I purchased the product and it arrived quickly. The first couple of weeks that I had it I was so extremely busy that I didn't get to try it. When I did try it, I loved it. The videos are energizing and the instructors are helpful also. However, if you do not work out regularly or on your level which was my case, don't assume you can do the full workout at their pace the first day. My legs were very sore for the next few days.
Overall it is a great product, Since I have been using the Firm, i am more active, I love working out in the privacy of my own home and it's not like other workouts, with this, you really feel like you have had a workout.
