NutriSystem Diet
The Nutrisystem Diet sometimes misspelt as Nutisystem or Nutrisytem is revolutionary new weight loss program. It is a simple meal plan, providing foods with low glycermic levels. It allows you to decide on what foods you choose without having to sacrifice your favorites.. Like any diets you should try it out and evaluate for yourself, it is not a cure, simply a system that help removes the stress of calorie counting and worries of what food you should be eating.
The food we tried was of reasonable quality, but you won't like everything as we certainly didn't. As to price, it is ok not you're most value for money, but does removes the stress of cooking and shopping for foods. Overall the product is of good quality.

I started on Nutrisystem back in January '09. I was at 235 lbs and the heaviest of my life. I saw the commercials for NS on ESPN and figured I had nothing to lose. I stuck to the plan and lost 50 lbs in less than 5 months. IF you follow the plan and be honest with yourself, you can't help but succeed with Nutrisystem. It is NOT a diet but more like Basic Training for a new way to look at food. NS gives you the tools to change your life, it is up to you to DO IT.

I think the food taste pretty good especially the lasagna! I have only been on the program a couple of weeks but I have already lost 14lbs. and I feel much better than when I started. I also love the fact that the Nutrisystem website is loaded with great information to help you during and after weight loss. Finally, the discussion forums on the website provide me with the support I need.

I agree that you should read the package, but then do your own research. The salt/sodium counts fall WELL within the recommended daily allowances for a HEALTHY diet. While you may not like all the foods, that is not Nutrisystem's fault because you can choose whichever foods you'd like for your plan. If you don't like an item, DON'T CHOOSE IT, and instead choose something you do like.

These meals are so high in salt I thought I would die of shock. They taste like cardboard and when I tried to get my money back I had to pay to ship everything back and got a 49.95 credit after spending over 100.00 dollars. Just join a gym or weight watchers or even Jenny Craig.
