Beach Body Shaun T. Insanity Fitness Program Review

Shaun T. Insanity Fitness Program is just an insane fitness program. The team at Infomercial Review have been trialling the program and it is absolutely crazy to say the least. We just started with the Fitness Test and well lets say by the end of it, we absolutely puffing and shattered. We couldn't continue with Day 2. (We plan to do this another round something next week)

This program is both a cardio, strength and endurance training program. If you want serious result this program is definitely for you. Similar to P90X Fitness Program, Shaun T. Insanity Fitness Program will push you to your limits you never been before instead of 90 days do it in 8 weeks.

With Insanity you get 10 hard absolutely insane programs (have to stop using the word insane), I think there were more words explicit used during our trial.

Also the program contains a meal plan, which is absolutely great which gives a great guide to ensure your dietary and health requirements are made. Just like any good fitness programs you need to compliment with the right foods to ensure maximum benefits.

We recommend this program to be used for intermediate to advance athletes and have a good pair of shoes with some cushioning as you been doing lots of jumps. Drink plenty of water and make sure you fuel up for the next day.
