| I've tried Proactive twice now. The product is good but it doesn't work any better than what you can get at Walmart for a lot cheaper. The agents are always super nice and friendly until you call to cancel your auto-shipment, then they turn nasty. I was treated so poorly when I called to cancel today that I actually started crying. They hung up on me so I called back and asked for a supervisor so I could complain and the supervisor was just as rude as the agent if not more so. I do NOT recommend trying this product. It's not worth the hassle if you decide later not to keep using it. |

| I bought ProActive hoping it would clear up my adult acne. My skin is not sensitive just oily and boy did this product ever do a number on my face. It made my face red .. Stoplight red.. But I kept on using it after the people at their call center told me it was a normal reaction and my face would calm down after a while. It didn't and when I tried to call back for advice I got the runaround and the same advice plus I was pressured to buy more products I informed them that I would not be buying any more products and the woman told me that I was part of this monthly club and I would have to. I immediately got off the phone and called my cc company and told them about it and they told me tgat they had hundreds of calls like mine about proactive
My sister on the other hand has had a wonderful experience with this product so I have to say it's not for everyone like the commercial led me to believe |

| Nothing has ever worked for me like this stuff. My face cleared up in about 1 1/2 weeks. I love it and would recommend it to anyone. Only thing I don't like is the price. $55 for a months supply is expensive, especially for a college student like me. |

| At first I was impressed, it was working better then prescriptions I had recieved from a dermatologist; however, after a few weeks my acne started to come back, and worse my skin started to dry out at the same time. |

| After just a week, what a difference! My skin is smoother, and blotchy redness that I thought was rosacea is GONE! I'm 35, and my skin has never looked better! The mask that is sent with the initial order smells really bad though...like hard boiled eggs, but that's not part of the 3 step program and I don't use it. I am thrilled with the results after a month of using it. I haven't had to avoid running errands because of breakouts. My face is clear!!!! |

| Took me a while to get used to the whole 3-step thing after being used to just a facial wash, but it has made a real difference. I was worried as I have sensitive skin but this hasn't caused any problems - I think the UK version is different to the US one? Took 3-4 weeks to see a real difference but I'm glad I kept with it - really pleased with the results. |

| Yeah it really does work. Very strong stuff though. If you have sensitive skin I would not use it everyday as it really dries the skin. I felt and saw results in less than a week. My friend recommended it to me and she leant me hers, wow amazing. |
