I purchased a dermawand about a year ago and have used it daily. It does help with the puffiness and crows feet around the eyes. I am 46 and my age shows so I am always looking for something that really works. My skin does seem to have less wrinkles and looks healthy. The one thing I love about this product is that it works wonders on breakouts. I get those deep under the skin pimples that take forever to go away. I use the dremawand directly on the breakoot area right when I first notice I am getting one and it only takes days for it to clear up instead of weeks and they end up being surface zits instead of deep under the skin. I don't know why they aren't advertising this product for acne because it works great! I would recommend this product, but keep in mind, nothing is going to completely turn back time.
