alot of people think this product is garbage, but for me its the best ab workout machine I ever used in my life... Im in good shape... im only 5'8 200 pounds with a six pack. This machine help me lose 20 pounds in 4 months and got my first six pack in my life... I highly recommend this machine but to achieve get results u have to do them right and eat properly. GOOD LUCK
