This product really works. I been using 6 Second Abs since after Christmas and I am beginning to see the bumps of my abs and also the visible definition of the muscles. It says 15minutes a day but I do it for about 30minutes, I do it watching tv. I would recommended to anymore, just need to work at it everyday.

I bought this present for my boyfriend recently. He is now quite buffed, I like what I see. He no longer feels shy taking his shirt off at the beach. We both use it, I using it mainly to tone up the stomach area and has also helped me have a more defined stomach area.
