I saw these infomercials for months and got really excited every time I watched them. So I finally caved and bought it. It arrived... my partner and I were really excited to start... well after hours of reading through the material... we spent the rest of the day cooking nasty tasteless food... gagging it down and then having to cook again. This program calls for NO SALT OR SODIUM. That means you basically live with tasteless nasty food forever. You can't even use the fake salt. We lasted 3 days and said nope. Oh and the "return" policy... hah.... what a joke. And somehow I've been charged $50 a month for some diet pills I DIDN'T order, nor have I used but just can't seem to find a place to return them to or cancel them. Nice. If you're up for tasteless disgusting food and having to cook all day every day... go for it. I went back to cal counting and working out... the basis for weightloss and have done just fine. $160 +3 months of $50 = way too much money wasted.

I won't be giving you my whole long story of my troubles being heavy...I will tell you how long my weight loss took and how much I lost. br>
I started this program in early October and by late Janurary of the following year I had dropped a considerable amount of weight; sorry, I can't recall an exact number. I had ultimately lost 50+ lbs by Febuary but medications had caused some of the weight to return. I know how good I felt in those great clothes and being lighter, so I'm currently preparing to start the program again.
The exercise portion of this program is important but not required for you to see results; as a matter of fact, I didn't start working out until I had already lost 30-ish pounds. BUT when I did get my toosh (and my heart) working I saw the lbs drop pretty quickly! It's a great way to get motivated when you've reached that plateau.
Also, you will have to drink the 100oz of water on this program. Don't let 100oz scare you, you'd be suprised how much you drink already. You'll get used to it and your skin and body will thank you and show it too.
I should say, the only reason I didn't give this review the whole 5 stars is because I'm very picky non meat/egg eater and it was kind of a challenge for me to get used to eating 5 times day. That really is the way to lose the weight though. I know because I did it!!
We all wish there were a easy way to lose the weight, but there's not. I truely believe this is the closest (and safest) way to drop the pounds quickly and safely. Give it a go, friends; c'mon, let's do it together :)
